I thought it was called Treasure Mountain but I don't think it is.
It was a 2D game probably made around 1994 for the PC. There were robot cat-like enemies and trampolines and magnets and a board game you played at the end of the game with a mad scientist that involved terrain and moving on tiles. I'm pretty sure it was a learning game too. I've got my paddles for the nostalgia canoe, I just can't find this river to ride down. Anyone know the game from my vague description?
sounds similar to the super solvers series.

Holy shit! Thanks, you're right! It was called Mission THINK.
Okay. I remember playing this one game, I believe it was a 8 or 16 bit. You took control of a clown, and you would first encounter a bear. If you don't shoot him fast enough, you will see a zoom-in of the clown getting his face ripped off. Does anyone know what this game is called?
i have a ps1 game, kind of car game with lots of weapon i think the color is yellow but i dont really sure. if im not mistaken each level we get better weapon. the first weapon is laser kind weapon, the button is L1 and R1, if im not mistaken the last weapon is smart bomb and use triangle button and it will kill all car. and it has a mini map on the top right screen for seeing enemy cars.
Vigilante 8?
A PC RTS game from the late 90's or early 2000's in which there were two warring factions, one of which was primarily robotic and the other human.
It had early 3D graphics mixed in with 2D sprites. (The infantry units/builders were rendered as 2D sprites whereas the environments and armoured units were 3D.)
It had two campaigns, one for the robot side and the other human.
It was viewed from an isometric perspective.
I've so far ruled out Outlive and Total Annihilation.
WarGames?
Vigilante 8?
WarGames?
not vigilante 8, i remembered that we play like a race and if we dont destroy other car we will stop moving and lose. oh yea the place is a like a race track not an arena
I was trying to remember an rts I played quite a while back. It was the same type of game as command & Conquer with base building and units being build out of the base buildings. The game also let you dig underground and build buildings in the sky. It also had these robot units that you could customize with different body parts like a sword arm or different gun. For example, if you killed an enemy robot you could exchange it's weapon with your robot's weapon.

Metal Fatigue
Metal Fatigue
Yeah, that's the one. Thanks.
I was hoping I could get the name of a game currently in development. It is minecraft like but has a top-down approach and works with floating islands. Blocks are 1x1 or 1x2 and you use workers to build and mine resources.
Edit:
Didn't think to look back into my youtube history, which is a lot of videos, but I did find it. Castle Story.
Its not really an official game or anything but I remember playing this game before where you have a creature/bunch of creatures and you watch them evolve/mutate over time and learn how to run and they had to race each other to evolve the most efficient method.
There was another similar game where a creature would run along a track, each time evolving a little bit and trying to get a further distance before falling.
my brother used to play this really weird game when i was little
in the intro you were in an office or something and it was thundering and stuff
then something happened and you end up in a weird desert with black worms with a sharp tooth and then there's a lion or something
also everything kills you in one hit
cutscenes are 3rd but gameplay is 2d
There was an RTS game that was set sometime in the future, I seem to remember getting it from Real Arcade. One of the units was called an Amphibian. Not much to go on, I know, but I miss this game..

Another World (or Out of this World if you're in America)
I was looking for the name of a game recently. Unfortnatly did I also forget what game I was thinking about.
Right, I'm trying to find an old thread on FP that was about a remade version of MC that was in c++ or something and they released the sourcecode.
Anyone remember that?
This thread sort of covers that as i remember the game was under a different name.
Was it Minetest?

Long time ago I played a game where you are some kind of explorer, it was a 2d sidescroller and you could go from a ship to the water and stuff, and there were jellyfish that shocked you etc etc.
Does this game exist or is my life a lie?
I remember playing this game back in 2001. I was 7 and my brother borrowed a CD from his friend and installed it into out PC so i never even saw the cover.
The parts i remember is that you're flying in something and you go down tunnels and the deeper you go there's lava flowing in lakes and you have to collect some stuff and there are other flying stuff that shoot at you & you have to kill them..
Damn bad description :S .. Sorry :/
But i've been dying to know what it's called.

Here's a wild guess judging from it being coverless (for being a 12 million copies of a cereal / DVD pack-in), the year 2001 and the flying thing and it also involved lava:
Disney's Atlantis - Trial by Fire
So back in the mid to late 90's I played a game that I can't remember. All I know is I played as this guy and id have to go around and collect psi abilities (looked like cards?) And those abilities helped with the quests. They could be offensive, defensive and just useful. Any ideas would be welcome. I know it wasn't psi-ops or second sight. It was a pc game for windows 95 or 98.

Psychonauts?
I know that's not in the 90s, but it's all I could find like that.

Sanity, I think, is the game you are looking for.

I checked it out and no that's not it. It wasn't a Disney game.
My brother was in High school at that time sooo I don't know what kinda games they played back then.
And it wasn't like it was coverless, I just said I didn't see the cover.
I asked him about it but he doesn't remember either..
I remember it was for Playstation two. You got to pick different cars which each had different drivers and stats. The purpose was to do races where you could crash and explode other drivers, and arenas where you rammed enemies into traps for points. I remember two of the arenas being an american flag with launching circles and B-Movie being a small arena surrounded by monsters in the background.

Destruction Derby Arenas?

Old GBA game. Basically played like Tetris, except you were building a fortress-tower with the blocks, and it would give you cannons and such. On the other side of the map is either the AI or another player also building a fortress, and you two fight each other.
Fuck, I loved that game.
Rampart?
I remember this game, you were on some kind of floating island asteroid thing, it played somewhat like an RTS.
You had to gather heavy water and send it through a portal thingy to this guild. I remember you could build these probes to find other flying rock island thing. (it's hard to remember, they looked like asteroids but were definitely floating above some kind of cloud layer.)
Rampart?
Not quite.
Found it, though.
It was called Fortress. :v:
