Descent?
Does anyone know the name of the game on the PS2 where you played as a tiger (or kangaroo, I dunno), and your job is to throw boomarangs at enemies? The character you played as had a companion of some sort (I think it was a bird). He also wore blue or orange shorts and you could get extra abilities for your boomerang for it to do extra things.
Descent?
yes! thats it thanks <3
The game was a 3d shooter that shifted from 2d/3d to top-down for PS1, i remember you had the choice to play as a guy or girl and then you kill aliens and sometimes when you destroy things or aliens they drop power-ups. The first level took place in a destroyed town which had a bridge near the end that exploded and then you went to the second level shortly after which was like a hive.
An old FPS for the PC, it was sci-fi themed, the first "task" involved cutting down weird alien cow-like things for meat and give it to some guy, and then you had to kill aliens later in the game. The environment was outdoors with hills. Does anyone know the name of this game?
I remember seeing a video of some FPS of a Russian game. All I can really remember is that the player had a minigun at one point and the view model's arms had shotgun shells on it.
Anyone know of it?
There was a racing game that I played awhile back on the PS2. I rented it around the time of its release which I think was in the early/mid-2000s. It was kind of similar to the game Crash n Burn I believe. I remember the load screens has kind of cartoon-ish people and the game had decent graphics. There were demoltion derby gamemodes and regular races. There was also a lot of different cars/characters, and I remember one was "Fortune" or "Mr. Fortune".
There was this PC game that was free and it was kinda like a RTS kinda thing where you controlled your own Nation designed its flag and built up a army. thats all i remember though.
PC Game.
Indie game as far as I know, but I can't find it. The title was something like Noctis/Noctic/Nocblablal something, (NOT NOCTIS IV) that was a top down RPG thing with a few starting races, one of which was based off of telekinetic powers and stuff. It was futuristic and seemed to be based around exploring a planet or something.
I know that it was free and that the developer made at least a few other games too, but I can't remember what any of them were. Thanks.
You're the greatest. Thanks <3.
Snowboarding game, the mainmenu consist of a cottage and a guy with a guitar playing a song. (I'm more looking for the song then the game, but the game would be nice too :v:)
Anyone remember a game in which you controlled a house or ghosts in a house and the point was scaring people away, it played like sims.
Alright, let me see if I can dig this out of the ole' vault.
It was a SNES Side-scrolling adventure game, time period was medieval or so, your character starts off wimpy but eventually gets different armor and weapons. One of the armors were mint green and one weapon was throwing these axes, reminiscent of Castlevania sub-weapons. One of the important parts of the story was sleeping at an inn and dreaming about your destiny or something.
Details are really hazy, I probably played it when I was no more than 4 or 5.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, because I'm literally looking for a game, and I can't find any places that sell or host it.
The game in question is Echelon, a sci-fi flight simulator, but it seems to have disappeared off the internet completely
I can't even find it on the most russian of torrent sites (pretty sure it's abandonware by now)
I found the sequel, Wind Warriors on TPB, but I can't find the first game anywhere.
Help please?
Ugh, I remember seeing the game in this thread forever ago and I lost the game unfortunately. Too many pages to go through and look for it too. I think it might have been an indie 8bit game that was a platformer/puzzle solver. I just remember the further you progressed, the world became more and more evil/demonic/freaky.

since noone knew the game I was describing, I found it myself.... It was fun, but I used ROM. whoever made that game. Im sorry, cause I can't find it in my country anymore..
anyway, I had this game like 5 years ago that is about a boy or a man that has this skateboard that hovers over anything, but this game isnt just about skating, sometime you have to go inside a building and fight off enemys and turn on/off switches and stuff. It is isometric view and is for gameboy. can anyone know this please tell cause I think it's linked to my childhood in a way. :D
I remember there was a Half-Life 2 mod that was out a couple years ago but I'm sure some people remember it. You played some woman who had telekinesis or something and you used it to throw stuff at green trolls or some other fantasy enemy, it was really short and it had a lot of flowers. It was also in third person, anyone got a name?
I think I know just that just GMAN
I think that's Minerva or Eclipse? never used it though, I just saw it in youtube.
When I was pretty little, I played a game on the computer. (I'm assuming it was a DOS game). I'm pretty sure you played as a chick who could turn into a wolf. Also it was a side scrolling kind of game.
I think you are talking about Inner Worlds
I'm trying to remember an old PS1 or PS2 (pretty sure PS1) game, where all I can remember is that it's set in the future, you're fighting aliens, and in the opening cutscene it shows a big bulky dude and a woman being released from stasis or something, getting injections (complete with a trail of blood from the injection site) then being fitted for armor before the game begins.
There's 2 games here I'm trying to remember.
The first is an old game that used to be on one of those Kellogg's Demo discs a looong time ago. You were like this tiny helicopter that flew across a field and made a dotted line behind toy. You had to make the dotted line around a collection of balls that kept rolling around on the field. When you got from one end to another you would make a wall that the balls could destroy, so you had to close them in quickly. If a ball hit your dotted line before you reached the end, it would quickly turn red, and your helicopter would explode.
The other one was also on one of those CDs, but I don't remember as much. It was a flying game, but with RC planes. There were a handful of planes, and I remember one stage clearly where you'd start at a small playground, and you could fly your plane into a small city area.
... That's really all I remember of it.
Any help would be lovely.
Anyone knows a 2d strategy game somewhere in future. Many things required fuel/batteries to work and those resources were sparse. There were 3 sides of the conflict, somewhat americans and somewhat russians and some kind of rebels? I'm not sure. I know they had this giant round tanks at the end and that they were tough as hell, they might have been called behemoths. A lot of grassy terrains in this game.

Pretty sure it's one of the Command And Conquer games.

Nah, it was made later than c&c and RA. In the game I'm looking for you had a fixed number of soldiers (unless you have found new ones) and could only produce equipment that they would have to man, unless it was automated. Fuel using things could be used longer but fuel was sparse, there was a brown bar over vehicles using fuel showing how much they have left. Batteries had yellow bar could be recharged but didn't last that long. At the end of the map you'd get medals and shit.
I remember seeing a video on this game.
It was top down, you commanded a fleet of spaceships. In battle, you could directly control one and switch between them. You had shields, cannons and missiles. Putting up shields gave you flux or something, so did firing weapons. If you had too much of it, your ship would stop for 5 seconds and do nothing, except for releasing the flux. You could also force this, but I think forcing it didn't shut down everything.
