It's not Bionic Commando is it?
In the second one you're a cop. At the start you get three "gamemodes" to choose from. In one of them you drive a car, one is an arcade/rail-shooter of sorts and in the third one you can walk around in third-person. In the third-person mode you can find an electric chair (with a guy in it) that you can activate.

Gotta be Die Hard Trilogy
Maybe Die Hard Trilogy 2: Viva Las Vegas
I vaguely remember playing a 2d side scrolling beat em' up/brawler sort of game on an older console at a friend's house once. The thing that really stood out to me was that some of the enemies had weapons, some even had guns that you could pick up and use when you knocked them out. I think on one of the last levels you had to beat up a guy with a rocket launcher and use it to open a gate to proceed.
Looking for a somewhat old game where you play as a magician of sort, you go around the map and I think you collected like these different kinds of spells that pop up like powerups. There are other magicians (Bots when I played, probably has a multiplayer) who do the same. I think there were mana fountains or something around the map that you could either capture, or at least set your minions/units defend and take them over.
It had a campaign as well but I played only the demo. Also, the maps were pretty much all covered in snow if I remember right. This is probably a series of games, and it would be good enough to know what series it is, doesn't matter if the game itself is right. For some of the Finns, I got the demo from a Kotimikro CD.
Netstorm.
Nope, not that one.
EDIT: Found it, the game is Magic and Mayhe: Art of Magic
Turns out I find the game by googling "Magic and" and then having the "Mayhem" sound like it fits right in there.

Netstorm.
So I'm pretty sure this game I'm thinking of was for the SNES. It was tile based, and you played as this round-ish looking guy. You would drop different kinds of bombs and try to destroy all the tiles in the area, except for the one you were standing on in the end.
It was some kind of grid-based bombing puzzle game.

Bomberman?
Ha, I guess I should have said it wasn't bomberman.
My memory might really fail me here, but I recall the guy looking more like a potato.
Sound like Twisted Metal.
Maybe Carmageddon, but I don't remember any twister/tornado stuff in that game.
Google searching carmegeddon tornado cheat actually brought me to the game it is called roadkill! Thanks for the help.
There was this online flash game that was multiplayer, where people had to get from one end of a red path to the goal, which was an arbitrary number of spaces away.
But every turn some crazy shit happened like finding a teleporter or some shit, and you could kill the other players or set traps for them.
Board Game Online, almost certainly. http://boardgame-online.com

Bombuzal?
There's a game on PS1 where you fight against robot mech type dinosaur things. I'm pretty sure it was always 1v1, and the arenas were 3d. I think there was one character which was like a stegosaurus (a mechanical robot version). The only level I can think of was a really bland level that was just sand with a few mounds on it.
Bombuzal?
yes yes yes that was it
I've got this little weird game in my mind for few days now.
I first met it on PSX, some DEMO disc.
It was really weird game, to be honest, I have no idea what you were supposed to do there.
Game was set in some weird alien/organic world, from what I can currently remember you were sprouting some weird trees that looked like brown spikes. There were also (not sure about this one) some "invasions" like "water" drops from the sky that infested/growed some crap around.
Really, it's behind heavy fog and can't get it right.
Any ideas :S ?
EDIT:
The more I think about it, I can see it was something about medical (?) like thingy, levels were in some bacterias or smth, started by YOU being injected into it. It was like RTS game... Ofcourse, not sure about anything.
Ok, I've found it...
Gosh, decided to examine all demos that came with this "PlayStation" magazine.
I knew I had it on demo disc somewhere back there.
Name was "Sentinel Returns"

Still I have no idea what this game was about, but I played good 10 hours of it when I was really young (didn't know crap about English back then), yet I somehow enjoyed it, it was weird-ass-creepy game.
Gonna finally learn about what's going on in it :D .
Alrighty. It's a boxing game on Super Nintendo. All I really remember that there were several different tourniments you can play in. There was a older guy as the first fight and a guy who could literally put you to sleep (cheater) somewhere in there.

Super Punch-Out?
What's the name of the old Lego Racers game, where it was top down and included a level editor?

There were a ton of these kind of games. Double Dragon, Final Fight, Dinosaurs and Cadillacs.
Do you remember anything specific about the characters or the setting?
Hey, I'm missing a flash game here.
I'll write everything i know of it.
The site
I remember the site to be dedicated to one or a group of developers, with their games all containing the characters of their own creation.
The characters were all grey'ish / brown'ish and had a sense of decay/twist/gore/mutation. Yes, they were hideous, but well-made.
I somehow have the idea that it had a relation to the Stinky Bean games, but i have done some research on that without luck.
The last thing i remember is that the creators released an online multiplayer game where you would control a ball of guts for some kind of deathmatch.
The game
One game from the site is all I remember. I played it back in 08-09. It was a dress-up game, where you would dress up one of their characters, a little pathetic grey being with a small body and a big head, in all kinds of horror/slasher film costumes. There was a prize after you had found all of the costumes. The ones i remember are: Beetlejuice, Chucky, Jason Voorhees, Freddy Krueger, Pinhead, girl from "The Ring" and Leatherface. There were many more. Like 20-30 or so.
Thank you for reading, I hope i'm not the only one who remember this game / site.

Platform racing 2?
http://www.kongregate.com/games/Jiggmin/platform-racing-2?acomplete=platfor
So it's a retro game, probably from the 80s-90s.
You are a car on the highway, evading other cars and you can drive into semis to get powerups.
Spy Hunter? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spy_Hunter
Deadbaby VG Dressup? http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/435703
Unfortunately not. There was nothing in the game that didn't have to do with splatter/horror films.
Edit: DUUUDE I found out that the creator is the same. The site is diverge.ws and the game I was looking for was http://diverge.ws/weltlingdressup. The multiplayer gore ball game i was talking about is "HOST"
Thank you so fucking much :D
This wasn't a game more of a childs learning software. I'm not really interested in playing it (though I would given a chance) I just want to get the name and end my frustration of what game it is.
Basically you do a bunch of activities, coloring in pictures, there's a part where I recall the old rhyme "There's a hole in the bucket" being used in one of the activities.
The main thing that stood out was the mascot for the game was this little pink/purple dragon/lizard that had a magic wand and wore a wizards hat.

Not really, just that it was multiplayer. Like I said the thing that stood out most was that you could use guns, something you don't see in most brawlers.

Are you sure it was console/2D? What you're describing sounds a lot like The Rage:
[t]http://puu.sh/1SonT[/t]
I know for a fact it was 2D. The only specific scene I remember was you had to beat up some enemies like in front of a gate and then take a rocket launcher and blow up the gate to advance.
Ahh well, I did a small keyword search and found this article listing a whole bunch of retro beat em ups.
http://www.racketboy.com/retro/the-best-undiscovered-beat-em-ups
maybe your game is somewhere amongst them.
