Top-down game with cartoon yellow characters, the whole body was the face, you where able to driver red cars and build things. The map was based on a farm like place with a lot of glass. Game is from like 1997+

Ok so there was a trailer I saw for a game last year I think, it was from ea I think.

It had a cartoony effect and in the trailer there was a guy being interrogated about his team or something and in his team was a black dude and a girl and some other guy and then they fight this Russian robot guy and they blow him up and he becomes more robot and then they kill him and then the trailer ends, I think it was like that.

Any ideas?

There was this game i downloaded on my sisters iPhone. I don't know the games name. I think i downloaded it when it was free (I think it was a paid game). I remember the first level, the game had a top down perspective in where a blonde girl wearing a suit, which was white with green stripes (I think) fighting soldiers. I remember to heal she grabs a needle (red colored) and sticks it in her leg. (Also i think she had a gun) Also i think it was 2009 or 2011
Can you tell what it was 
side note: (My sister made a new apple account, and i didn't know the previous accounts password so i can't check what was downloaded). The character was on the bottom of the screen, and the game played similarly to dc legends. Also the game is in 3d
