This side scroller on PC, you play as a pirate or a captain, and I think hes a cat or something. This game was on Realarcade a while back, anyone know?
Wow, sounds awesome :P Was it a text based game or what?
It's real. I found it on some Facepunch link to a Christian website with game reviews. "TETRESS ARE IVIL"
FOUND IT, yes! http://www.mdickie.com/gam_youtestament.htm
Okay it was a gameboy game. And you were a kid on an island that had to surviveand you could make lots of things by combining objects. Also had his monkey that would show up everynow and then was a piss hard game too. You died from food poisoning if you didn't cook. Etc.
I don't remember too much, but it was 3D with 2D sprites, kind of like Might & Magic 8. There was a part where some sort of fog slowly approached a building, closing it in. I always died there. That's all I remember, and it could have been a dream for all I know.
Reposting because nearly everyone else had theirs answered and I'm an impatient bastard.
I remember playing a game on my pc when I was a kid... it was a 2d top down view puzzle game, cartoony graphics. The main characters were some kind of colorful gnomes?...trolls?... I'm not sure. I think it was almost lemmings in nature and at the when you complete a level they would say something funny. (I recall them singing "I can see clearly now the rain is gone...")
Never mind, I found it! The game is called Gruntz. For people who are trying to remember old PC games, I recommend looking through this website: http://free-game-downloads.mosw.com/abandonware/pc/ It helped me find my game. I just happened to have a gist of what the title was, so it clicked when I saw it.
I remember renting some game, it was a JRPG and I think the name was something along the lines of "Evolution Legends". The main character was a boy with red (?) hair and he had this weird giant glove thing. Another main character was this girl who turned into some angel thing. The gameplay was pretty much going around in dungeons and fighting people. The story had something to do with some government trying to kidnap the girl and there was one fight with a giant mech on a boat. It was on GameCube. Not Tales of Symphonia. Also artstyle was pretty cartoony if I remember correctly.

I remember playing that game for hours on end in my friend's basement. It was hard if IIRC.
Tales of Symphonia?
No, I had a feeling someone might say that. I might be mixing the stories together a bit :v:
Was a game where you fuck shit up. You play as a viking teleported into a modern city. It was like Grand Theft Auto in the sense that you can roam around freely, but there are no missions, there is no currency, and the only goal is to fuck everything up. You go around breaking shit around the city, you can hijack shit and crash it into shit. There is realistic debris flying everywhere like in Burnout. One of your weapons is screaming. If you scream at someone hard enough, they become a viking too and assist you in fucking shit up. You can either be elaborate in fucking shit up, or you can do it the simple way. For example, you hear about a business meeting in the 20th floor of an office building. You can take the elevator up to the floor and burst in with your posse and fuck shit up, or construct a giant ramp of dead bodies and burst through the window on your motorcycle You win when the entire city is rubble, you fucked all the shit up, or if everyone is a viking.
It was literally Called, Fuck Shit Up

I remember playing this game when I was 8 or so. Can't really remember what it was called, it was on the Sega Saturn. It was about some weird yellow alien thing, with an odd cylinder shaped head. I remember a scene in which some fat boy put a coin into a vending machine, then it showed the coin's path inside the machine, then something happens and the alien appears and rips the boy into two. The gameplay was sort of 2D, with the character moving forward with aliens and shit coming at you which you shot at.
And another one. You are a guy with red hair, you start out in a farm house and you travel to a castle, to claim your father's place. It involves dargons, and your mouse cursor is one too.

Also, I can't remember a game, it was for the PC, a 2D platformer you played a guy who was I believe blue, at the difficulty screen on easy displayed a picture of you as a bab,y on normal it was like your character and on hard it displayed the character with muscles IIRC. There were levels in a forest and in some industry building or whatever and you had to pick up some gears.
Alright, old as shit game. All I remember is that your character was a yellow/green blob, and you started out in a house, i dont remember everything but i know there is one part where you have to get on a pirate ship, it was an old computer game.
Sounds like Scud: The Disposable Assassin.
Holy crap that's it man. Thanks.
I remember this side scroller game where you were controlled a character that kind of looked like Indiana jones, all i remember is that you start in a boat and you could jump into the ocean, i think you also had to avoid dangerous fishes.
Interstate '76 ?
I nostalgia'd
On the original Xbox and maybe PS2, you drove these cartoony cell shaded reacers around a course and had a large choice of weapons to hinder each other. You could be dracula, a crocodile, a dog or dingo or fox or some shit and many others... Also one level was called bohemien rhapsody or something?

Alright there was this game on the PS1 (i think), you where a kid, and in the opening cut scene a teacher locks you in a closet. Throughout the game you where fighting these black shadowy gooey monsters which kinda resembled heartless.
I am trying to remember the name of a game that used to be on the SNES I think. It was a motorcycle game and it was one of few 3d games of its' time if I remember correctly.

Neither sorry.
Road Rash?
Road Rash?
I should've mentioned that it wasn't Road Rash. Although that was one of the better classics. Thanks for reminding me of that
