I once saw a game, where you are some kind of giant robot, and you can transform into a plane.
In a level, from what I remember, many infantry troops come out from a ship.
And no, it isn't Gun Metal.
Battle Engine Aquila?
Must be Jazz Jackrabbit.

i'm sorry but
you can't remember jazz jack rabbit?
wow
also, i had this DOS game i believe where you were a sort of alien aircraft and you had to jump from platform to platform as they came zooming at you. You could only go left and right
also also there was this 3D game where you were a space ship like aircraft and you had to fly inside of a houseroom while sort of like bugs were spitting shit at you. I remember it had alot of green/yellow colors for the enemies. It's pretty old.
The Black Mirror?

Could be Hugo's House of Horrors
Neither of these, or what RedNick27 said. Can't think of anything more specific, it *might* be of Scandinavian origin, the family I borrowed it off were from there so there is a chance it was from there, I remember it being english though.
It was this game where you were an astronaut on the moon exploring abandoned space stations, where you would encounter ghosts. You had a helmet hud, and there was no sound to it. It had pretty bland graphics from what I could remember.
Could that have been the Unreal mod Hollow Moon?

No, it was a pretty child-friendly game, not really educational but the problem solving was pretty simple I think.
it was a ww2 game like cod ,
it had some tank levels and you were in the desert, and you had to destroy other tanks with your allies,
there was also a level in germany or something, also with tanks, i think you were russian in this level.
wasnt a cod game.. i think
[editline]11:53PM[/editline]
It's cod2 I have to play it again

I was about to suggest Monster Truck Madness, but wikipedia lists the names of the trucks in the two games and there aren't any trucks by those names.
I think nobody will guess my game :saddowns:
PS2 game i think.
You were a boy or girl i think you could pick. You worked for some guy in his invention store in some town and there was a circus on. You go and visit the circus and some clowns try to kill you. You have to fend them off with a wrench or summat and then the boss chases you down the street in a clown spider thing.
You can make new items for yourself and have a big town to explore and its mainly dungeons where you go and kill stuff.
I also remember this one enemy where it was a chest, and when you go up to unlock it and see whats inside, it starts attacking you with its jaws as the chest door.
I loved this game just wondering if anyone could enlighten me?
Dark Cloud 2
Woohoo
*Highfive*
Thanks dude. Now i can try and get this. :D
An RTS where you built missle launchers on the island.
I think they were antimatter missiles, and you could build anti-missile launchers too.
It was included on some compilation CD of games.
Halp?
There was one platformer where you played as a kangaroo, I'm pretty sure, and everything around was made out of candy, and there was these donuts that would roll down platforms. I got it when I was young, so it would have come out around mid-90's. I remember I would always get crushed by the donuts, because I would run at them so that the kangaroo wouldn't be hungry.
Another where you were a crocodile, and you had to save these little fuzzy creatures. You got these little gems, and then that acted as your health.
A third person game where you were half robotic (may have been a Megaman game) and it started on an airship and you had to put out fires on the ship. Then you landed in a snowy island. Can't remember much, but the first boss was a big robot in an underwater room. Then you went to a snowy island and were attacked by robotic wolves. I'm pretty sure it was a Mega Man game but I can't be sure.

Oh mah gawd. Hello, childhood. I missed you.
I honestly couldn't find it searching "crocodile saves furry thing".
There was a game mentiond on the news one day which involved killing some political/religious figure and a whole lot of religious people, Jews, I think. And to 'redeem' yourself you had to pray to a certain deity. This game was banned in a few countries, years ago and I have yet to hear anything about it since.
Perhaps Left Behind.
Basically a space strategy game with turn-based strategy mode to manage planets, technology, economy, etc. and real-time space combat.
The graphics were mostly 2D, when you are on a planet everything is prerendered graphics and you can build more and more structures.
You could customize ships with the weapons and other equipment you build, the ships however are all premade.
There were very specific planets like lava, desert, jungle and you could only build certain buildings on them to get resources or build other things like weapons and ships.
I think you were able to create a custom character that had various stats that controlled everything too, like the economy or how many ships you can have in a single fleet.
There are lots of games like that. The Masters of Orion series is one example (though I think that has turn-based combat). The one you're describing sounds a lot like Galactic Civilizations. PC Gamer has a sweet journal of one guy's playthrough.

Ok, this one is a bit tough. I used to play it as a kid (so probably any time during the 90s), and it was for either PC or DOS.
Your character was (possibly) a soldier or a commando, his uniform was all blue, and he had a blue helmet (it's not Mega Man), it was a 2D side scroller/shooter, and it took place underground (from what I can remember). And every time you would finish a level you'd be in an elevator (going down I believe), and you'd get a screen with your character looking at the camera with a pissed off look on his face.
I know this one may be a difficult one to figure out, but any help with finding the name would be appreciated. :buddy:
Okay, I remember this game around 2000 to 2004 when I was at a friends house, it was for the PC and it had good graphics for its time and all I can remember him doing was being very sneaky on this desert map that seemed endless. He was a sniper trying to kill another sniper and when I think of that game it reminds me of Arma or something but I am not exactly sure what game it was.

Sounds like Halloween Harry/Alien Carnage?

I've got one now...
WW2 RTS that gave you the ability to use trains to transport troops around the battlefield... I think it was in a skirmish map and I think it was pseudo-3D.(3d terrain but 2d units or vice versa)
I believe I only played the demo version of it but I'm not sure of the time frame except that it's definitely in the 2000s.

that could be just about any game.
[editline]12:13AM[/editline]
maybe one of you can help me.
It's an a 3D top-down RTS for the PC. I believe it came out nearing the 1990s era. My memory of it is very vague although I can say that it had a grunt-type military force with some units called "shock troopers" who were literally that -- they had lightning bolt guns which made no sense but OK. The other team were some kind of aliens with equivalent troops with just different looks/names.
My problem is that there are HUNDREDS of RTS games that are possibilities and I'm not even positive on the year. I would probably never play it again; I'm just curious if I can find it.
There was an old game that my cousin played on his Gameboy SP. I don't remember much but here I go.
You were a dude with a gun.
There were a couple of parts where you went into a room and an alarm went off. You had to shoot the light to get out.
You could fight a giant eyeball. You had to hit it when the eye was open though.

This may have been it, but I'm not sure.
Doubt you guys can help me as the game is quite obscure but, here it goes :
it was a free tradinational shoot-em-up game (You are a spaceship in space,top-down,fly some time and ya fight boss)
What was different about it was that it had TCP/IP and IPX Local play in it.
If i remember correctly , you start on a space station from which you fly off into space (Slight cutscene)
