Alright. This is a game I played back in like, 2004. All I remember was that it was in first person, and you were in a temple with all this sand around and something about shovels and possibly gargoyles.
Sounds like Will Rock.
Only saying that because there's sand, a shovel as a weapon, and all sorts of mythical beasties to kill.
A pc game where you can play as 3 different classes, a barbarian with grey skin tone, an african mage and a female rogue. I tried to explain it as vividly as possible but i can only remember little
[editline]05:10AM[/editline]
I think it was a dungeon game or some shit like that
Kinda sounds like Diablo 1.
There was this PS1 game that i used to play at my cousins house. Was a game where each stage was just one screen, and it had platforms that you moved up and down on, and the method to kill the enemies was to pop a party popper or something at them. The water rose and fell from the bottom of the screen as well. But that seems the most i can remember.
Oh, it had 2 player co-op. That was the good thing
Sort of Japanese as well. But not from Japan.
Kinda sounds like Diablo 1.
It wasn't though. It is not an isometric viewpoint but a first/thirdperson one.
There was an online game (well it was sort of a game) I played a while back. It's about playing out a persons life, you start as a baby and it presents you with choices as you grow into and adult and eventually die. It was presented mostly in text, and I remember you need a google account to save your progress on it. That's about all I remember about it, if someone knows what it is and could help me out I'd appreciate it.

I believe it's Alter Ego (I play it a lot :D)
I believe it's Alter Ego (I play it a lot :D)
That's the one! Thank you
Was it in space and some futuristic setting?
No, I don't think so. I was always terrible at it so I only got to level 2, but the first two levels were definitely on earth. or at least not in space.
It's some game where you are basically on an island and all you do is hunt dinosaurs. The game had multiple dinosaurs and it's rather old (I played it in like 2005-2007). The graphics weren't the best but it was a 3D first person shooter on the computer.
I'd love to know what this game was, I just loved hunting the dinosaurs after climbing on top of a huge hill.
Carnivores? Jurassic Park Trespasser?
I remember a humorous text adventure web game I found a while ago.
What I remember is that you are named Brad and you have a friend named Webster.
You start out with someone knocking/ringing on the door and you are in your boxers, and you try to find clothes to put before s/he comes.
There's also a part where you want to go to a friend's house but there is a line to it, and one of the ways to get there is to play Red Hands with the next one in line, and if you lose your hands fall off.
Thanks in advance if you find it.
I am trying to remember a game from the old computers where you play as a soldier or something and you have to rescue these guys from a laser cell things and escape or something like that.
Edit- I forgot to say that there were guys with laser guns that try to kill you.
Alright, here we go:
-Win95 (possibly 98)
-Control tanks/other army vehicles
-Could destoy trees
-Big levels
-Very basic 3D graphics
-If one of your vehicles gets destroyed it is removed from the list and you choose another.
-Fight other such vehicles.
Sounded like Scudden Death 2 except for 3D... That's a fun game though.
I loved a Star Wars game where you could build robots/droids/whatever and have them do tasks. I forgot what it was called, but It was Win95/98/me era.
I always used to play a game where you are some sort of hitman, and I remember this level where you were on a roof waiting till your target arrived, then you scoped in and had to shoot him/her, if you shot the wrong guy everyone would panic and you'd fail, if I remember it also had a subway mission, and the guy was on the menu background, he had a black coat.. thats all I remember, it was a FPS btw
I don't have a lot of information about this game. But I played it like 5-10 years ago.
I remember greenish UI, and you were playing a tank. There was also building elements, as you could build some big towers at special places on maps. And you could also spawn friendly tanks and soldiers.
The game also was in future, and on other planets (remember lava planet).
Sadly this is all I remember, and hope some of you know what game I talk about.
Still don't know name of that game. Anyone?
Still don't know name of that game. Anyone?
The building, green UI, and lava planet somehow remind me of rock raiders...

First I though it's Battlezone from 1980.

Because of the Tanks and the Green UI.
Adding the elements of building structures makes it clear... it's actually:
BATTLEZONE!

from 1998
Years and years ago I played a game that was made in the style of Doom or Duke Nukem 3D except it was set in ancient egypt and had piranhas and enemies that wearing Anubis masks and stuff like that.
I've been trying to find this game for years, if anyone could help me i'd be incredibly grateful.
I remember something like that. It didn't have guns right away and you started in a pyramid of sorts with vertically moving pillars you'd have to jump on right?
Was it Serious Sam? Something tells me that it was.
As the game opens, Sam appears in Ancient Egypt.
I remember Battlezone(98). It was fun. Thanks for reminding me what it was named! I can play a clone of the 80's verson on my palmIII!
Okay, this is a hard one.
I believe the Devs were Europe based, it definitely wasn't made by a major game company. The game came out sometime after 2002.
It was a third person stealth game, where you play as a Journalist attempting to uncover some government plot.
One of the game's highlights was you could find stuff around the environment and craft them into stuff. Example I remember are soda-bottle silencers, rubber bullets and I believe makeshift armor.
It was in English, both audio and subtitles, and I think I remember Game Informer giving it a crappy review.
Console: ps1 or ps2
scroll fight (like street fighter or gekido)
you can transform like bloody roar but not in animal... if i remember good every character (at beginning 4) can trasform in a black monster... (different for each character) i remember a particular zone in the game, you fight a boss in a very very big circular garden... with a big three on the center... this boss is like a light boss... or a very light gold colour XD (sorry for my bad english but im italian) i remember that the last boss is like a demon (this i really dont remember so dont base your search on this info) i remember that you start the first part of the game in the street and at beginning a lot (very a lot) of people attack you (you fight human) if i remember good you transform with R1 and attack with square button... please help me :( i wanna know the name of this game :(
dat new falling sand gam.
And it's thread.
Console: PS2 and Xbox (I think).
I remember you picked a person, all of whom were convicts (or looked like them), and you had to wreak havoc. I think the first level was a mall. You had to go around killing as many people as possible, and shortly after police and I think the riot police people would come to try to stop you.
Dont know what platform but i think its SNES)
I had this emulator that held like 400 (what i think were SNES games)
So you are a Green(?) Punk(?) Ghost and you scaring some family for some reason to move out of the house, when they do move a big truck comes infront of the house, when you move houses you go trought some tunnels with arms reaching out and you loose extoplasma(?) if you touch them. In some levels there is a dog.

Found the game.
State of Emergency
What was that game where , IIRC:
1) You're a girl on a ship, or possibly an underwater lab or something
2) You're aquaphobic
3) Shit's flooding everywhere.
4) Advertised with crazy water physics
I saw a thread about this a few months or years back, dunno what happened to it.
[editline]11:52PM[/editline]
Nevermind, found it. It's called 'Hydrophobia'

Haunting: Starring Polterguy, it's for Megadrive/Genesis.
Awesome game, possessing couches FTW.
I'm looking for a NES game.
You were some sort of Astronaut or Space Ranger and you can shoot things with a little rifle.2D Platformer. And you had like a Buggy or something which you could jump in and out from, for ex. when you wanted to explore a place which the car was too big for. I think you had a jetpack too.
Any ideas?
