That doesn't quite look like a top down shooter to me.

yeah. This was more GTA I + II like, where you could get out of your vehicle and steal others, but on a battlefield instead of a city.
Alright, i've been thinking "what hell was this game called" for ages now. I remember playing it on a playstation 1 demo disc. It was like zelda game where the camera is top down. So far the only enemy I can remember is a green square. Kind of like a creeper in Minecraft but it had bigger eyes.
I have been trying to remember this game for months now: It's a strategy game, you could choose to be a nationality and each nationality had their own bonuses, the ottomans had a giant cannon. You also had a hometown themed after your nationality, you could upgrade it and buy upgrades for your army there. It was for pc
Can't remember the name, But it was with little red and blue people, You have little structures and they are made out of blocks.
i think it was blockwars or something but i can't see anything about it.
A race game for the pc, it was topdown 2d view and there is little I remember about it. I do remember your car would have a flame if you collided to otherthings too much. I think you could type in cheats at the car selection screen. I think it didn't look that bad for an old 2d game
1) There was this game for PC, and it was a side scroller. I remember playing it when I was 6, so it was..12 years ago, 1996-1997 I'd say.
You played as this man and he was dressed in green. You could climb ladders and go inside buildings. I remember that the first or second level, you had to make your way through these apartment buildings. I'm fairly sure the enemies were aliens or monsters. It played a lot like Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project, only the graphics were obviously not nearly as good.
2) Another game, again I played it around 1996-1997, and it was also a side scroller shooter. You played as a man dressed in a space suit, and I believe you were exploring a planet. You could enter doors to travel to new areas. Your gun was like a little pistol. I wish I knew more about it because I remember this game more then the other.
For reference, I played these two games along with Commander Keen and the first Jazz Jackrabbit, so if you played either of those you might've played one of the games I'm trying to remember too :)
Ok, game on PC, about 6-8 years ago I believe, you played as a walking crocodile, the cover was of this crocodile swimming in water, you could enter cheats with arrow keys, there were lava levels and floating pieces levels... hard to explain.

Nevermind, it was Croc: Legend of the Gabbos or something.
There's a game on the internet that you could type a name for people to see and there was codes to become a character and you could fly and it had other players.
I remember a game I used to play on the PC. It was possibly shareware but I'm not totally sure, It was like space invaders, but enemies would drop coins that you could use to buy weapons every now and again. It had bonus stages, and powerups would drops aswell. If you died your ship would come back with the gun one level below the weapon you died with. I remember it having 50 levels on the trial, and the final battle was against a big space ship boss. It then repeated from level 1, but called it level 51 e.t.c. Any ideas?
I remember playing this game. I dont remember much about it. I do remember it was for the PS1. It might had came out at the same time as Final Fantasy 7... It was something like Ace Combat, where you fly around blowing other jets up. I think in the first mission, You have to fly to the Mother Ship or something. And you could fly up into near space...
Thats all i can remember of it... Any ideas what this old PS1 game is?

I remember a game called "shooter" and this makes me think of it
However, I tried searching for it a while ago and couldn't find it, probably because of the name

I can't remember the name. I remember having it on both the family PC and my granddad's PC, but his version was better because it was newer, so the game must have recieved many updates. I remember the font, but I couldn't describe it.
New memory : After some levels, it would say Meteor Storm in a robotic female voice and you would have to dodge meteors for a while. This female voice was the game's voice in general.
HOLY SHIT I FOUND IT!

Hey guys, I remember playing a game where in you control a car(well not control it fully) and you fire a hook that attaches to the enemies vehicle which then brings both of you closer and you attack from then your car wasnt really a car, more like a block or something with your weapon at the top spinning and you have to time it right so your opponent gets the most damage.
I think it was something with hotwheels but researching it couldn't give me results.
theres a game im trying to remember. it was ps1 for sure. you played as this young guy. it was a side scrolling game and your only weapon was this blue beam on a glove that worked alot like Gmods "Phyisics Gun". you could pick up objects and throw them at enemys or you could pick up the enemys and bash them against the ground till they exploded. there were a bunch of traps like meat grinders and such in the floor, you had to shove 4-5 enemys in them then they would jam and you could get threw. it was one of my favorite ps1 games. I dont remeber anything else
Wild 9? :/ Guess
bump?
POSTING ONE MORE TIME. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT
It's a flash game, with a ton of different characters, You started out with only a few. Like archer, ect. But when you killed an enemy, you unlocked that character. Some of the characters took up 4 blocks, others more. Some of the characters were useless, like chicken, ect. I'm pretty damn sure the word Tower was in the title, and there was a thread about it here on FP. That's how I found it. But I can't find the thread to save my life. This is driving me insane, as it was really fun. Help if you will.
Oh yeah I forgot. It had real pixely graphics too.

Great dungeon in the sky

I forgot the name of a PC game.
You pilot a flying machine with a weapon attached to it. You have to swing your mouse around and the machine flies around too. When you attack things coins drop. You fight other machines and sometimes monsters and such.
It was originally Russian, if I remember correct.
There's a couple of games I can't remember the name of.
One was this game I used to play on PC, with my brother. It wasn't multiplayer, but we'd take it in turns. I don't remember much about the story line but basically something was turning people into stone and you were the one that was gonna stop it. There was also this bit where you open a door to a toilet outside and there's some monster thing reading a paper, taking a shit that runs out when you see it. Not sure if it attacks you though. Pretty sure it was first person.
The second is a game for PS1. You played this girl that had to go into some park thing and there were dinosaurs everywhere. You were in this team of (I think) four and one guy dies and you're separated from the others. Can't really remember much about it, but it was pretty epic, especially for a PS21 game.
Thanks in advance.

Hammerfall.
I remember a long time ago, on the PC(most likely Windows 98) a game about a snowman where you had to go and collect sections of his attire(i.e. carrot nose, hat, pipe, scarf.) It was 2D. The first level was in an icy mountain, the second in a city, where eventually you encountered an evil purple snowman.
I remember a long time ago I used to constantly play a game on the N64. It was first person shooter, set in the future. The Earth was invaded by insect-like aliens, and you had to fight against them. You could drive vehicles, many of which had weapons on them. It had a storyline, but it had many freeplay elements, with little to no penalty for taking your time with the story and doing random shit.

Sounds a lot like Realm of the Mad God or something. Look it up.
Anyways, my turn!
I'm looking for this game, you play it out in space. Pretty sure it's flash or something, you're basically this space ship and when you kill another space ship you can grab some of its parts and continue building up your space ship. When you die, it's game over, but you can save your space ship's code and re-play with the same one. It was really fun.
I remember a game on the PS2 which had alot of gore. You had like a axe and you could chop of heads and limbs. It was like a 3D platformer.
