Talking of mass problems though, the 40gb ps3 that I have can barely hold anything, I had to delete game data and ratchet and clank quest for booty before I could download the trial, then I had to delete even more before I could install it.

prototype is really meh playing infamous made me realise how bad prototype actually is

Prototype reminded me of a gorier Hulk:Ultimate Destruction. I think it was only because of the huge jumping though, I love that in games.

I thought it seemed a bit odd the [Prototype] and inFamous were released in such a small time frame and were so similar. Surely somebody marketing one of the games would have held it off for a few weeks or pushed it forward.

I found both games to be pretty different. Prototype was a fun game for just jumping around a city and destroying things with impunity, Infamous is more challenging and feels like a structured game. I like both.

I was thinking about buying a PS3 now after graduation, I have kind of alot of money. But what I really want to know is if it the soft mod exploit still works.

Why is the server always down for maintenance, I want my free games. :smith:

I just bought a PS3 yesterday :dance: . I bought Demon Souls and RDR, it also came with Black Ops and I got LBP and Infamous through the Welcome Back thing. I just ordered and HDMI cable through amazon since it's really hard to see shit in SD on RDR. Currently waiting till my next paycheck to get a Mic. Any other games you guys would really recommend me getting? I was thinking I'd get MGS after I beat RDR and infamous.

MGS would be a good buy. Uncharted too. There should be demos on the PS Store.

When is this free games offer going end? Cuz I dont have any internet were my PS3 is :saddowns:

I thought you had to be using an account that existed before the down time

I discovered I am some kind of airbraking messiah on Wipeout HD earlier :v: made it to about zone 40 with only airbrakes, and I haven't used them that much before.

I tried out a bit of Wipeout HD today. Had absolutely zero idea what was going on. Did one race and came second, then turned off

I'm about 3/4 of the way through the HD campaign, got gold on every race I've started. I refuse to move on without a gold.
