darnit psn store hurry up and come back online, i want to buy the rockstar pass for some sick dlc
also i'm playing la noire and no more heroes: heroes' paradise right now
I've been trying to fill the void that losing MGS4 has created, and I just can't do it. I really cannot find a game like that in my (meagre) collection of PS3 or PC games. I have been playing Red Dead Redemption on and off recently though, the framerate issues aside, it is a awesome game still.
10 years of suffering of a PSN crash.

wait for the eventual port of peace walker and maybe portable ops
Portable Ops will barely fill a void that MGS2 leaves let alone MGS4.
I've been getting back into red dead redemption. I just love the euphoria.
You can add me to the list.
PSN: Mini-Shot

I hate the whole "You just shot your horse in the head with one pellet, now you fly 20ft forwards and ragdoll for a bit". Funny as hell online, annoying during chase missions.
(Just got my PS3 around a month ago so I'm still stocking up on games)
So Far:
LBP2
BF:BC2
and Red Dead Redemption
I hadn't heard anything on MAG except for the stuff I heard about it having 256 players before it was released, anyways.... $20 used at gamestop, why the hell not?
Luckily you can return used games within 7 days.
I've been playing Bioshock 2 because I'm borrowing it from a friend. He has so many games, and likes to stick to a few a lot, so I'm guessing I'll be borrowing it for a very long time. I'll prolly keep it because he bought it used for really cheap.
I've fallen in love with the online. It's just so damn fun. I guess I have a thing for simplistic online play. First it was Dead Space 2's online, now Bioshock 2.
When you have like overtly complex weapons, maps, etc., it's like it requires more devotion to get in to it. I mean a big example would be Socom or MGO. I absolutely love both, especially for their high amount of customization options, but when every single online is at around the same complexity, it gets annoying.
Well I finished LA Noire, it was great except that using a Sixaxis wasn't helping me find clues as well as I could've. Add me on that list,
PSN: vizard38
Sixaxis does anything at all in L.A. Noire?

The week is almost over, and I am definitely looking forward to the store being back.
Edit: The store is now available. Be patient though, the mass influx of people logging in to it is causing a slow down.
I can confirm that the store is up however.
The PlayStation Store is back online and thank you everyone for your patience. You will notice a huge lineup of new downloadable games, demos, add-on content, themes, avatars and videos. Also, PlayStation Plus has been updated with new full game trials, free games and DLC, free avatars and even more discounts.
You may have noticed that the content promised as part of the Welcome Back offer is not yet live. It is currently in the final stages of testing and will be available to download soon; we’ll be sure to let you know when.
The next PlayStation Store and PlayStation Plus update will be this Friday, June 3, and then we will roll right into some special publishes starting next week for E3 (so be sure to check back daily!).
In the meantime, check out all the new downloadable content on PlayStation Store...
The article has a lot more than what I just quoted, so give it a check.

Yeah, I'm kind of ninja.
This is very exciting! Soon I shall have my freebies :D
i'm getting an error when i try to go into the store
not the usual 'down for maintinence', but some crazy code
i'm guessing its because of everyone rushing onto it at once?
Yes
Woah UK PS+ members get Streets of Rage 2.
So when does the welcome back programme start.
Crying out loud, why isn't Hong Kong back up yet :frown:
Just have to keep waiting.
Question about PSN+ content, I know games are only available as long as you have it active, but is anything you download while subscribed permanent? Just curious.
I think that anything that isn't a game stays. It seems to be just the games that get disabled.

Huh... This free month of PSN+ may prove to be useful afterall. Unless they change it.
So I got myself a Japanese PSN account so that I can get Um Jammer Lammy. (This was long before it came out on the American PSN)
But now, when I try to log in, I get a message saying that they'll send an email so that I can change my password. The problem is, I can no longer sign into my email because the service that I signed up with doesn't offer email anymore. So I'm stuck with a copy of Um Jammer Lammy that I can't do anything with. Can't copy it to my PSP, can't redownload it. I'll have to buy the game again on a different account if I want to download it again.
Error occurred when I tried using the store. Wtf..
ITT: People are rated dumb for their PS Store not working.

You can contact the region I'm sure they'll have some English speakers on there team, although it will be more difficult. They should be able to sort out a new password for your account.
