Apparently AC III is coming in October and has been in the works for three years.
And it better be an actual sequel, the last two AC's couldn't compare to ACII.
My Vita is officially on it's way, due to arrive tomorrow. One day early. Pre-order win.
So I bought SSX On Tour from the Store.
I haven't been able to put down the controller, it's too much fun.

Just as fun as I remember, I suppose :v:
finally installed twisted metal onto my ps3 after playing amra2 for fucking hours. fuckin awesome, controls still bug the shit out of me though.
Finally bought Heavy Rain. I've been wanting to play it for a long time, so I am excited that I now own it.
Just got Yakuza 4. I expect a lot of drama.
To be honest I have watched the game on Youtube. I want to experience Kamurocho myself...through loading screens galore.

I actually thought Brotherhood was better than ACII.
Did Sony every release a timeline for PS3 remote play with Vita?

A timeline? Afaik the remote play works, granted only with selected titles. I don't think they have announced when support for all PS3 titles (excluding move titles) will be released.

Wasn't there a tweak that someone made to the PS3 firmware that allowed for PS3 games over remote play, I'd imagine it's not impossible to implement.

I wouldn't know about that. When I get the Vita then I'll be looking into it more because it's the number 1 selling point for me. I hear a lot of rumours about a price drop soon. Some are saying as low as $180 in as soon as a couple of weeks.
... What about R2, L2, R3 and L3? To the Remote Play feature.

The back triggers can be handled by the back touchpad (That is a touchpad, right?)
If the analog sticks don't click (Which your post implies), then sprinting and other clicking controls can be handled by the sixaxis.
I recently just bought a PS3, signed up for PSN only have 2 games, MGS4 and LBP1... I know the ps3 recently got hacked(not recently but yeah), is it safe enough now to put card details onto it?

If you feel insecure about putting your card details into the PSN, then I recommend buying a few PSN cards from a store and using them to buy with.

The back panel could be used for R2 and L2, and they could easily implement gestures for analog clicks.

Bear in mind that they take 1 to 3 days to activate.

I don't know where you are buying PSN cards from, but whenever I go to a store like Rite Aid, Gamestop, or Walmart and buy a PSN card (usually the $20), it activates the moment it is scanned at the register. I have never had to wait 1 to 3 days to use one.
Is there any other way to buy the Killzone 3 MP without being a member of Playstation plus?, I tried but it just said no download found or something like that.
I thought that PS+ only get some 3€/$ discount. It should be on sale for everyone.
You can also buy God of War HD and God of War 2 HD separately if you have PS+, but the collection is only $20 on Amazon anyway.

Lucky, they take long to activate in my area for some reason.

I was not aware that that could occur. It is unfortunant if you live in an area that delays the activation process.
Is the network down?
yes
down until 5 AM EST tomorrow

At least Netflix still works without having to do the trick where you keep clicking back until it goes to the menu.
It came back on for me 12am, buuuuut no one expected that so no one was online I guess.

A shame too, really wanted to play some Twisted Metal
Want a free copy of Saints Row 2? They messed up the pricing on the Swedish Playstation store and it is set as free. I don't know if it's in EU generally or something but heck, create a Swedish PSN account if you want it. They might fix it soon though.

Oh my. Trine 2 finally on EU PSN. It's free for PS+ subs too.
