Is there a way to start fresh on the same area with the original funds? Had a few disasters in a row that hit every important building and just been going downhill since. I know I could bulldoze everything but with no money I doubt will be able to do anything

don't get me wrong I love this game but it's so full of bugs and bullshit.
Why do you even need agents for power and water anyways? It's not even realistic, electricity doesn't move in the way the agents do, why can't it be like all other SC games where the supply is automatic and constant?

The only thing that randomly drops electricity or water in my city are the mining buildings.
As in, my only source of income.
