It's pretty much a park that looks nice :).
Need to find an active multiplayer region, I took over some guys and managed to sort of get it under control. In the end however just made my own private region, Don't think it ended up to bad, getting a good income ( 200k per day ) only thing holding my back now is the lack of room to expand anywhere

I milked my city dry of money (1.8 million). Decided to keep the plant though.
Gonna rebuild my city.
