Let's just erase the fact there was AS also mentioned.
Additionally, on champions such as Zed, Wukong, Riven. Lee Sin etc. If you're going full glass cannon you can find two bloodthirsters in a build, you obviously build a last whisper for the armor pen but that's it in most cases. You buy a lot more flat AD than you do penetration.
Black Cleaver is pretty amazing on all of those champs, especially Wukong.

Guys, it happened. Drained all my luck for league for the past week from getting to Silver I from Silver III.
First game I had today, I was supporting as Nunu, Voli pinged and I instantly ice-balled then exhausted their ADC, but during this time my ADC just kept farming minions, which was fucking frustrating as fuck to see during this, and we get Varus down to about 70 hp but he lives because we had to chase him up to turret and Voli died. Cait said; "wtf are you guys doing diving tower" OH MY GOD FUCK.
Next game; Kayle walks into their Red Buff at lvl 1 and gives them first blood, our first-pick Jungle Vi ended 5/12/9, our Vlad fed Xin top, didnt buy armor until after his tower was gone, rage quitted. I ended game as 16/6/3 Draven, but even fed Draven can't carry this.
So, all I have learnt today is that League has a "Luck" system, where it stores luck until you have a bunch of it, use it, then ultimately leaves you to eat shit off a corpse after you run out of it.

How it goes for me (has happened like 4 times straight now)
Win for like a week or two straight on average.
Then HUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE LOSS STREAK.
Then win again for a week or two on average.
rinse and fucking repeat.
Past like 14-15 ranked games have been horrible for me. Only 2 wins. :|
First time I am actually losing more LP than gaining now.

i don't even have thresh i don't know why i'm debating this
attack speed isnt worth it on thresh because the q passive gets more damage the longer you wait
Depending on who your jungler is, Elder Lizard thresh is still amazing. You lose out on one item slot but your Q passive hits harder, you have good regen and the Elder Lizard passive procs on all of your damaging spells
