Damn, I've never touched nidalee in my life and I want that skin.
Really sick of last picks saying something like "I can't play support" or "I can only mid" if you can't play every position passingly well, get the hell out of my ranked play please.
Plus, that last pick is almost invariably horrid.
Depends which tier you're playing at.
But yeah, I can only play, is the dumbest thing I've heard.
But how many positions should you be able to play well? I for one can only play Support/Mid without doubts, top/adc mediocre and suck at jungle. Luckily support isn't a very popular role, but mid is.
Basically say,
Prefer Mid/Support
I suck at Jungle though.
Hopefully if you don't get a retarded team, they will go, alright, this guy can't jungle very well, who can?
There was a good video on this or picture, showing how everyone can get their best lanes if people communicate, if you have a list such as
Mid>Support>Top>Ad>Jungle
You can compare that list to the other players and everyone gets to play a lane they're the best at, or mediocre.

Also I suggest working on your jungle, or finding a jungler you can play with. If you 'suck' at jungle I suggest going a champion with sustain, such as WW who is easy as shit to jungle with.
That is what I basically do at the beginning of rankeds. People (Gold V atm) don't really seem to care about the strenghts of others and simply pick for themselves. Depends on what kind of teammembers you get I guess.
Yup, already trying to improve jungle with WW and Cho'Gath. Doing well in normals, but utter failure is assured if I have to play jungle in rankeds.

They pick for themselves because you can't really trust others as much as you can trust yourself, if they picked ahead of someone else they did it because they believe they will have the most success in that position. You can't blame people for doing that.
Oh lord, I had an excellent game as Caitlyn, shut down their Ashe. So naturally, my whole team comes to gank the lane that I've won and am essentially freefarming, then feed the shit out of Ashe by towerdiving. Then our Jarvan spends the rest of the game running after Nidalee and getting the whole team aced after we'd run into the whole team in the unwarded jungle (like you know, will almost always happen). And I get a BR Morde, just to top it off and complete the feed entree.
and then they feed.
That's the worst part, I don't care if people instalock mid and carry the shit out of the game, but if they don't they can fuck off.
