mobafire is kind of the laughing stock of guide sites. There are some decent guides, but most of it's userbase aren't that great and as a result bad guides sometimes get voted to the top and stay there forever.

solomid.net usually has top guides written by plat/diamond players
lolking is probably the best right now, since you can sort by LKS(ELO)
Use Lolpro/Solomid/Clgaming for guides.

Any jungler can't easily gank botlane. Any jungler with only one cc and no gapcloser will have a hard time ganking an adc w/ an escape if they're not pushing to the tower.

Have you seen the chat logs for 1 and 4? Also, yes, AD karma is trolling, and being a sarcastic idiot is enough to get you banned. It's not "unconventional building", it's being an idiot on purpose.
I'll try and use solomid a bit more; I've just gotten used to mobafire's format.

If he is just trying this shit out in ranked, then honestly he deserves it. Nothing more annoying than someone with an "EXPERIMENTAL BUILD" being utterly useless in ranked.
But if he is confident in the build's ability to win, tested it in normal, and the other people are reporting him just to have someone to blame, then yeah, that's fucked.
