I'm too squishy as Hecarim but everybody suggests 0/9/21 when 0/21/9 would give me the tankiness i need.
Plus i don't know what to get for items except for the average iceborn/trinity, sunfire and elder lizard stuff.

when i played quinn in the PBE i didn't see any resemblance to vayne at all. quinn is much more ability-reliant than vayne is. just because she has a crossbow on her arm doesn't mean they play anything alike
Vayne focuses on mobility and poking, whereas Quinn is more of a kill lane ADC in my opinion.
i dunno i just feel quinn is weak as fuck, she's basically a pushover every time i've played vs one
on another note, if you skarner ult her during her stupid bounceoff you get stuck & frozen in place, unable to do anything
