This whole wire stuff is ruining the game for me... just doesn't feel like it fits in.

I hope when boats arrive, we get to build them ourselves, and they aren't just little rowboats. Or at least include a small selection of boats, like a rowboat or pirate ship, etc.

I fixed the black screen problem. Remove the .minecraft folder in your C:\Users\*name*\AppData\Roaming

Thanks already![/QUOTE] That should work but if it ends up saying YOU MUST HAVE AN EXTENSION IN A FILE NAME or something similar you need to rename it to "terrain.png" because you have view file extensions enabled. (You'll know if you have it enabled because all your files will be called things like xyz[b].jpg[/b] and abc[b].doc[/b])

It will most likely become something like wire, but not as much of a problem when you are fending off creepers.

Did a rather simple minecart wiring. It allows an operator (perhaps used in SMP) to change the cource of the tracks. At first there is an option to go right or left, then again in each direction there's another split. The player can tell the operator where they want to go and he'll pull some switces. I know this is not useful because you can simply have 4 tracks, but it adds another job to a RP SMP server. Not knowing how to use it doesn't make you incapable of playing the game properly- okay, so some of us are making clocks so we know when night ends, basic alarm systems, and togglable minefields, and a few nutjobs are making calculators with giant faux LCD screens. It doesn't really add anything except another construction option for nerds. You may as well complain that gold is going to ruin the game because it's a useless material only some people will want to use.
