All I can say is wow. This game looks magnificent on very high with DX9, even if it drops to unplayable frames with my 4850. I dropped it to high and it still looks great and feels a little smoother. Gonna have to wait until I get to some full on combat.

Every time I start it up I get a System Error about updating my card.
It's updated though. But it is a Geforce 9600 GT.
It does take me to the main menu.
