I heard that the shooting is bad. How is it?
I just want to know before I buy.
Thanks RichyZ, I knew it was something stupid like that. Also, has anyone been noticing HL2 sound effects all over the place? I have, and I am absolutely certain that the wood knocking around sound, like when you find a physics chair model or something, push it around, and also bullets hitting cement near, and bullets hitting metal have that same high DING noise.

I gotta say I partially agree with people saying it's bad. It's not horrid or anything, just not very satisfying. It's not as smooth and perfect as I would have liked..
Purchased from same sound bank, probably. 28 days later has a metal banging sound from HL2 at the tunnel scene.

Are you sure? Other people have done it and say it's fine.
The above ground parts are beautiful, but the game scares the shit out of me.

That was hilarious. Especially that one guy running back and forth again and again. And the ragdolls freaking out for several seconds. But yeah, I agree with you; I hope that kinda stuff doesn't happen often.

Ok well the first area you blow up is on the left. Which I'm guessing you already blew up. Now look on the right side of the main tunnel, you should see a flight of stairs. Go up those and then look for a place that lets you set a pipebomb on the side of the wall. Be careful though because a lot of mutants will jump up at you from a collapsed escalator.

Noooo.... I fully expect stuff like that to be in the game, just hopefully not see it every time I encounter a human enemy. AI quirks like those are in ShoC as well, but they happen very rarely.
By the way, the Ukraine isn't Russia.
This game is so much fun. I love it.

My FOV is very narrow, I would have thought this was intentional but at the beginning of chapters I can't see the left of the description. All of the words are cut.
