Gen.Dropper.
AKA Don't download.
Just finished it. Amazing game. Definitely underrated.
I am currently at the armor level.
Even though some parts pissed me off and when following some guys in tunnels I was like "This is like stalker"
it is pretty damn awesome so far, pretty creepy too.
Am I the only one who had trouble with chapter 3 ?

did anybody notice this misplaced fellow?
Does anybody else get strange mouse-lag/jumping/jittering occasionally? It's hard to explain but it usually happens in the populated areas, where people/shops are. I'll try to turn and my mouse will suddenly start jittering and stopping as I turn.
If so, did you fix it and how?
I have a few slowdowns when I come in to contact with heavy lighting

My sound mods made it even stranger, I walked past and was like "Wait, so the guitar music does wo- HOLY FUCK WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!?"
So I beat the game and what do you know, it had a satisfying ending
That's something games seem to lack these days

that's great
I can't see why everyone is complaining about this game not working, Ive got 4 computers running in my study the first is my laptop which is an ASUS G2-sn, and it runs perfectly on medium. My gaming machine which is dual 5970's, i7 980, 8 gb ram ect ect and she runs full max. my old gaming computer which is an AMD x2 5000, 4 gb ram and an 8600 GTS, runs fine on medium. My mates laptop which he bought over to download metro off my net. They all run perfectly fine, I have not encountered one glitch, hi-cup or artifact in any of my 2 play through's. I know my setups are different from everyone else s but I'm sure it can't really be as bad as they are saying. Yes it does need a beastly machine to run well but it can be played with 20-40 frames on an older pc that meets the requirements.
I keep getting X3DAudio Dll missing.
Silly question here, but how does the game look and feel on the Xbox 360? My Laptop can run it, but I fear that all I will experience is a pretty slide-show akin to a powerpoint presentation.

Just letting you know, low settings still look rather nice

Did i get the good ending or the bad one? [sp]I killed the Dark One and the missles went off and blew up the Dark One's hideout place.[/sp]
Those goddamn ghosts freak me out at times.

I got the 360 version because my laptop is below minimum spec, and I've got to say it looks amazing. I know it doesn't look as good as on PC, but nothing really looks low res or 'bad'. I'd assume the graphics are roughly equivalent to the PC's medium setting. Definitely one of the best looking 360 games I've ever played.
Stick sensitivity and aim-assist is kinda weird at first, so I highly recommend tweaking your settings before you get in a proper combat situation. Fighting mutants can feel... off at times. If you miss a monster's head then some of them can take an obscene amount of punishment while others can go down in a few blasts from a shotgun. And for some strange reason I think the pistols do more damage against monsters than anything else, but that could just be because it's easier to get headshots with the pistols. Haven't seen any glitches so far, and I've already gone through it once on normal and have been achievement hunting since.
So overall, it looks good and plays pretty well. If you've got the cash, buy it.
It was good for a single playthough, can't bring myself to play it again.
Is it possible to have motion blur on high settings? I've tried it and there is no motion blur to be seen.

I think this is just an effect. Imagine, that you live 20 years undergorund and see a big projector on right in front of you.
I'm pretty sure it is just like the snow in crysis.
did anyone notice that before the part where you meet Khan, some people just get sniped by arrows if you sneak? i thought that was great
did anyone notice that before the part where you meet Khan, some people just get sniped by arrows if you sneak? i thought that was great
I was like "who the fuck killed him" when some random guy got sniped by an arrow.
When i met that guy I was like, ah that makes sense.
did anyone notice that before the part where you meet Khan, some people just get sniped by arrows if you sneak? i thought that was great
There were 4 arrows in a plank of wood, so I guess Khan missed his targets or just hates trees.
Do I have to completely play through the game again to get the good ending or can I just do those things in that alternate ending guide by loading those levels individually?

If you load a previous level you sort of lose all your subsequent saved levels so
yeah i beat it awesome
