I found one at the Book Depository that has free shipping but it ran out of stock. There are more books, too, but they're just in Russia and haven't been published in English yet.

Maybe because Fallout 3 is an FPS? The first 3 games were not and those were mostly set in Mad Max style environments with the rural places and deserts.
I am quite happy to still see this thread active. I will most likely replay this game, apparently there were quite a few interesting things that I have missed, partially due to me not having any money throughout the whole game.
That review video was ridiculous, maybe that guy is not an idiot, but he has absolutely no understanding of atmosphere, immersion, and storyline. The statement about bad graphics was also ridiculous, I honestly have absolutely no idea of how anyone could even remotely blame this game for bad graphics. I also have absolutely no idea of where he pulled out the statement that it was a Duke Nuken ripoff, if that game is a ripoff of something then I am a Chinese emperor. He also somehow did not detect all of the wonderful original concepts and implementations that were present in the game.
TL;DR: he may not be an idiot, but he missed the entire point of the game and made ridiculous claims.
I tried to make this rant as short as possible.
I would also like to say that I am being very polite to that reviewer in this post.

The only thing I saw that was from STALKER were some of the models and character desing for minor characters.
Then again the areas of STALKER and Metro 2033 were built around the same time so no wonder why they look the same.
