Trying to decide on which piece of T9 to get.

Gain 72 haste from the helm, but lose 67 crit, where as the legs would gain 80 crit and 23 sp, but lose 43 hit and 67 haste. Armory.

With Arcane, the priority is Hit > SP > Haste > Crit.

If you are hit capped, just remove Hit from that and you have your answer.

This applies to gems mostly, but stands up well for general gear too. If you have the choice of haste or crit, take the haste every time.

Also T9 is pretty shit for Arcane, it's much better for fire.
