Well, the gameplay video I watched on Steam, the way the devs tried to make the game sound.. it sounded, cheesy? I guess that kind of put me off.
But at the same time, you're right, it does look fun, and I hear it has WoW elements, mixed with TF2 elements. I think it could be a best of both worlds type of situation. Still not sure though.

Like I said, looks fun, stupid/cheesy marketing.
Yeah, Global Agenda is an awful lot of fun. I didn't play it much in Beta though because I didn't want to overplay it before retail. It's sort of a mix of your standard TPS, Mass Effect and maybe a bit of TF2. The only thing that irks me is that all armor customizations are purely visual in nature, there's none you get that up your stats or whatever.

The only thing MMO-ish about it is the guild system and the "Dome" where you see other players outside of battle. It's like Guild Wars, you don't see other players outside of cities or whatever unless you're grouped with them.

you kill really anything before it hits you, so if you lifetap fel armor usually fills up whatever health you were using to life tap in time for the next pull. i had dual spec and was demo but didn't really like it, even though it worked out nicely for leveling.
did afflic before i started really leveling since it was already 70 because of TBC, but i couldn't stand the like 5 dots i had to use.
