it is possible.
all you have to do is find your current save.ini and inside there are clear and easy to manipulate values right there
like
amount of brains: 10
makes campaign so much more awesome.

My dummies are all dead
Buying a Heavy Soldier and an Assault Rifle with my last Oz.. When it arrived, I suddenly tapped [q] and the ship just fell and exploded to its death, bringing my last soldier and gun with it.
The music is nice.

The last enemy brain is probably holed up on a site you can't see because it's offscreen. Campaign is fucking broken.

As cool as he is, it wouldn't make much sense. The scene with the grenade launcher pope took place decades before the events of Cortex Command, and on Earth.
It's likely he died long before the events of the game.

No it wouldn't really fit the canon, although some remnant of the space church could possibly work.

I miss all the fluff that could be included like more animals and stuff.
Yeah, the variety of actors imo is a little lacking. I mean, sure, we have tonnes of humanoids, but they are basically the same across each faction, having a light and heavy variant. Each faction has a distinguishing weapon style, with different play-styles, so why can't we get more distinguished actors?
Like, a crab-based one with a jetpack, or something that moves around via usage of jumping with short powerful jetpack bursts, or little flying drones, or a quick, agile but jetpack-less humanoid that actually runs... there's so much possibility.
And the same goes for the wild-life; why is it that when we land on an untouched forest, nothing is around? The most that has been done is a single crab in the tutorial missions...
I'd say they limit wildlife since it'd lag the map quite a bit, CC's not great with large numbers of actors.
Hopefully their CVE project develops into a more optimised successor to Cortex Command.
Actually speaking of CVE, they released a new video on the dev log showing off a robot editor.
Looks like you can make your own vehicles with parts and joints, then animate how you want it to move.
I didn't take a good look at it but it looks pretty cool. It's downloadable too.
