Seeing how things have gone so far, chances are they'll try and fix it and then just wind up breaking it more.

Where you could get 50fps before on an area with 100 people you'll get 25fps now, and it can go down to a single digit when outfits regroup at the warpgates in massive numbers.
So I just tried out the lasher on tiral. I know what i'm saving for now, Jesus dicks those explosive orbs are as large as grenade explosions.

Wow, I really hope Tramell clears up what he means about the Player Studio. So far he said that player submitted animations/weapons are 'not on the list', which probably also applies to custom aesthetics and vehicle designs as well. Maybe player submitted armor would be in, but if the only thing people could do is make their own shitty armor camo and decals, then [I]fuck that[/I] I say.
Does anyone know where to find all the music that plays when idling? Vanu's idle songs are really calming.

In comparison to the TF2 hat bonanza, it isn't entirely player driven in that the players don't get to vote for stuff being submitted. It's all on the art/gameplay people looking over it. Although I'm not too familiar about the TF2 submission process tbh. I mean I'm personally in favor of a program like this that would allow me the chance to design and participate in implementing something that I know the devs wouldn't have a chance to create. That said, I agree that the style of PS2 must remain constant, and not delve into stupidity like the Jason helmets, or spiral out of control like the TF2 hatbacle. It also works well for killing MAXs. OR, you could put it in a doorway and then set up shop somewhere and detonate it when people try to use the door. And let's not forget sticking it to the front of a flash and drive it into tanks.

I don't know if he was ambiguous on that though, do you have a source?

Yesterday I saw some TR guy land his mosquito and hop out in an attempt to ghost cap the base I was in. He was completely unexpecting any resistance so I just ran over and popped him. I decided to go blow up his ride for delicious certs but when I got there and took aim I just had enough time to watch it spaz the fuck out and slowly sink through the ground, never to be seen again. Working as intended.

Working as intended.[/QUOTE] An NC MAX got stuck in the wall at an amp station on esamir right by the capture point. He could still fire out, but gave up aftre 4-5 mins of us just ressing ourselves. Also, thanks to this free weekend I've gotten damn near 500 certs from revivng and healing allies., just 300 more and I'll have myself a lasher.
I came on today to hope to get a ton of certs from reviving my buddies and SMGing rebel and alien scum, only to find the NC having completely overrun everything by using shotguns with slug ammo from 100m away.
Just witnessed the staggering ineptitude of DVS and another NC faction on Amerish trying to take Raven Rock. They tried to drop in like 3 times from gals as a MAX crash, and got gunned down every time. Then they tried attacking from virtually every angle, and eventually they overran everything by probably pulling their entire outfit to take it. On Waterson, that is.

I hadn't played since the server merges, and I gotta say the Matherson Reavers are terrifying now that the NC is the biggest aggressor. Plus my squad ran into the Black Arrows and was slaughtered. I never thought I'd prefer fighting VS.

The amount of times I've seen Infiltrators just run into the midst of a large cluster of enemies and just throw all his mines down is sickening. They will either get two or three kills before dying so it was worth it, or blow up everyone who was trying to kill him, Unless you have eagle eyes and manage to spot the wanker coming in from behind whilst camouflaged. You have NO chance
5 minutes before server disconnect TR spawned like 50 Galaxies and flew to the Crown, it was so awesome.

In tech labs I can get myself up high, wait a short time for a target, float down quickly, and blow shit up.
Been using my C4 a bit too much, really ruins my game when I redeploy and I suddenly realize I don't have any nades or C4 on me.
