That, and how models on the view end need to correlate with what their designed to do. Someone asked Tramell if that model was placeholder, and T-ray said that it wasn't. And 'maybe', when asked if it will change in the future. I have higher hopes for the design/use of the other shotgun though.

I mean, the Terran SMG has a bolt that would recoil [i]directly into your eye[/i] if you fired it in real life.

yeah, server merges also caused me to get even worse fps in big fights, and render distance is now an even bigger problem :v: yay

I can only hope that they optimize these models before they put them in-game. After looking at extracted models and how ridiculously high the polycount is, I'd not be surprised if someone finds these high poly sculpts in the files once they're released.

It isn't normalized for damage over time, but only damage per shot, so you can still stunlock with any extremely high rate of fire weapon or any slow one with 200 damage rounds. It's supposed to be "bigger bullet, bigger flinch", but what they have it as at present is "slowest and fastest guns flinch lock, everything else doesn't", which is still bullshit. You shouldn't be flinch locked at medium range by an SMG just because he can tickle you really quickly. Hell, you shouldn't be getting locked by anything at all when you have shields active, but it's sorta an improvement?

Oh well, at least this gives a bit more value to NS weapons.
