No it's not, it has the potential to be 1200 per min. But the overwhelming vast majority of players will never get near that without the use of a macro.

If you can control the recoil and tap the trigger fast enough then you have the fastest ttk gun in the game other than the ohk's. With practice you can get to 800 RPM with it quiet easily.

I'm curious as to how this guy achieved EXACTLY 1200 RPM though. That's either a really perfect macro, really perfect fingers or something interfacing with the game able to predict shots.

The KH2002 is actually almost the same as the M16, it's just bullpup and has different recoil.
what do you mean it fires in bursts? dont be silly! the stats clearly states its a rapid fire weapon!
