I hope the next Battlefield game doesn't have jets. They were very poorly implemented in BF3.

So how bout they make them work instead of cutting out something entirely which was botched for no good reason

Considering they were poorly implemented in BF2 I'd really be happy with them just out of the picture. 2142 had the best vehicle balance and they should replicate that. ie, attack helicopters only. I'm sick of losing games because a col 100 player on the enemy team can instantly kill ground soldiers and flying against him is impossible because he out-turns you. Jets aren't very fun to fight and not particularly skillful to use. They are either completely useless ala two snipers fighting each other or completely dominating a game full of players.

I hate jets because you need your mesh quality on ultra to see shit far away on the ground.

I wish that Air superiority had just one huge map in skies with clouds and proper jet speed kind of like that singleplayer mission, always being catapulted from carrier and going really into big altitude

Speaking of that, the height ceiling for infantry really pisses me off. If you bail from a jet high up you die from being out of bounds.

just tried out ctf pretty fun, run in on a dirt bike, go back the same way i came out, wait for the flag to get returned, kill a few dudes, get that new dog tag, everything went better than expected.

I have a new respect for the FAMAS. I had never even touched it before but I finally tried it out with red dot, foregrip and suppressor and it's pretty awesome. My only gripe is its ridiculous reload time. [editline]15th March 2013[/editline] I mean, I personally love trying out weapons which I've never even touched before. That's why I will never understand people who generally only use one gun for their entire BF3 career. There's something so awesome about using a gun that no one uses, and absolutely destroying with it. I did that once on TDM with the PP-2000 and I did so well that people were copying my loadout to see why I was killing them so easily with it.

Fuck Battlefield 4. If DICE has like three other games that they could make that would be much better ideas.

I really was hoping that the next battlefield game would be Battlefield 2143, what with all the easter eggs in the dlcs packs. But I don't think EA would dare release something with niche appeal at this point. Oh well.

I find the AN94 to be about as good as the AK74. Barely worse automatic fire and has the burst fire for panic fire. [editline]15th March 2013[/editline] AK74M has superior iron sights though.

I actually like the fact that they're making another modern battlefield. That way we'll get 2143 when DICE are ready for it, not when we neccesairly desire it the most. [editline]15th March 2013[/editline] Besides I'd love a battlefield 3 with better gun feeling and actual ground destruction.

I just found the A91 as a new favorite weapon, its amazing for CQC and noshar. Also its a weapon I rarely see used so I can feel good about myself.
