Battlefield 3 V8: Where are my guns EA, you promised there would be guns - Games

Is it just me, or is barely anyone playing End Game maps?

If you mean for PC then I have a simple answer for you: It's not released yet.

Even though this looks like a nice gift in the first place it just shows that EA doesn't want DICE to spent much money on patches. So rather than patching the actual issue, they made DICE unlock dogtags for every single primium member instead. (One tiny database-change rather than going through broken gamecode to fix issues). The same counts for the M1911 S-TAC. It has been listed as separate weapon in battlelog since the launch of BF3 for every single player. Yet it was a dice developer only weapon. And since they promised new weapons with the DLCs first (besides of closed quarters) and then removed this "promise" they had to push something else out after a lot of controversy: A crossbow for After Math and a developer-only pistol which is already shown in battlelog anyway. So in fact the "new stuff" (besides from the maps and gamemodes which look all very awesome) like all the new unlockables are rather cheap excuses.

I have been banned too much times that every time I destroy a tank, I think i'm going to get banned.

Is this thread JUST for Battlefield 3 or can we discuss other Battlefields too?

Got into a 64p HC 24/7 3500 Ticket conquest Metro server today. Joined late with our team (US) pushed back into spawn. I whip out my L86A6 and go to town. I quickly racked up like 60 kills before the round was over, and I managed to cap not only C again, but B also.

Just got this game a few days ago. Currently level 3. I've been playing FPS games for years, I usually top scoreboards, yet I can't seem to get any better than 1.0 KDR in this game. What the heck am I doing wrong? I get killed by enemy guns so quickly, yet it seems to take tons of shots to kill enemy players. The movement is awesome, I love the way you can jump out of vehicles, parachute etc. but I seem to die really really easily...

Practice more? You may be good at other FPS's but you still need to get used to the maps and mechanics.

I know it's dumb, I wish it wasn't the case too.

Just found a 2 day card for my xbox, and went on this game for the first time in over a year. Got 7 kills and 1 death in my first game. Not bad.

I keep getting the "your game data is corrupt" error after using the english language patch (my bf3 is in russian) Am i doing something wrong? Its the latest patch and my game is up to date too.

I only started being good at the game when I hit 100 col. Something about the gold 3 digit number gives me power.

Argh! I was so close to a tank so I decided to blow it up with C4. As I was running away I saw that the driver jumped out of the tank, so I quickly pressed left mouse button and then changed weapons to shoot the damn enemy if he lived. And guess what happened! The C4 didn't explode at all, because I didn't wait for the "beep" that comes like seconds late after clicking the button. Of course I had equipped a LMG too, so all the bullets I shot at the enemy just flew around the enemy and probably hit a bird far away. [editline]9th March 2013[/editline] That was roughly two minutes after I had started the game and then I stopped playing. Every time the same thing happens. I just can't enjoy dying due to my mistakes, because the game works so unpredictably. I can see it right now, you equip heatseekers but the shitty targeting system will hop to like 7 different jets causing all of them to use ECM.
