You can use the "Been there, done that" title but the star doesn't appear.
Well that ruined the incentive of going for world completion on my Thief for now...
I'm holding off on making a thief until we get Tengu. I wanna be a ninja birdman.
clearly you should make your birdman a guardian [t]http://cdn2.spong.com/artwork/h/a/harveybird254082l/_-Harvey-Birdman-Attorney-at-Law-PSP-_.jpg[/t] shine rays of light at people all over the place, whip out books and read them at people until they give you money, etc
whip out books and read them at people until they give you money, etc
He can get the legendary shield that has a book on it, and a book backpack.

Now I want to make a guardian called The Librarian, and use all those. Unfortunately it is already taken.
el librérian and his mighty enchilada [editline]3rd March 2013[/editline] oh nice, the inquest armor is medium T1 cultural. Looks very rangery in maple and gold
I need some opinions. Which breastplate should I use? Agree for first, disagree for second.
Every time I see someone want skritt to be a playable character, I always feel the need to remind them that it will never happen, and somewhere (I am sorry, it was a long while ago), a dev posted that it would not happen. Even without that, just use logic - unless you had 40 skritt following you around like minipets, you would have the intelligence of a wet towel.
Not true, look at the 2 skritt in Lion's Arch. The female specifically talks extremely fluently with no stutters.
Loading Lions Arch, see this

Should I deck out my armor in superior runes of the traveler?
Should I deck out my armor in superior runes of the traveler?
I've heard that you start hitting diminishing returns faster with magic find gear, so if you're wanting it for the MF, I might suggest against it for now.
Should I deck out my armor in superior runes of the traveler?
No,use cheap major runes or something for your magic find gear If you're thinking of using then in dungeons then don't do it at all, magic find is rather selfish
Not true, look at the 2 skritt in Lion's Arch. The female specifically talks extremely fluently with no stutters.
In a major city that has a decent population of skritt living in it. They don't have to be within speaking distance, but they do need to be in some unknown audible range. I assume it is rather large, as the lore basically described it as ultrasonic noise, with skritt having good hearing. There are enough in a city to make them as smart as the other races. But how many skritt do you think are in hearing distance in underwater Quaggan villages? In Ascalonian Catacombs, in Arah? Or, say an expansion goes to another continent like Elona that doesn't even HAVE skritt. How bright are they going to be at that point?
can someone link that video from way back, one of our first high level players hit lv 80 by chopping down a tiny tree and made a MLG PRO DUBSTEP video of it [editline]3rd March 2013[/editline]

Was digging through my GW2 screenshots and found my first screenshot that I took on launch day. [t]http://puu.sh/Z8E3[/t] Look at everyone in their low level gear compared to everyone now with their Exotic gear.
I miss launch.

[t]http://puu.sh/Z8E3[/t] Look at everyone in their low level gear compared to everyone now with their Exotic gear.
I felt so special running around in my HoM gear at launch. I enjoyed all the whispered of people asking where to get it.
I really should have played more GW1 to get that gear.
I meant for the looks.
It's not worth it at all
I would kill to get the medium armor on my ranger, it has the perfect look I am after.
I would kill to get the medium armor on my ranger, it has the perfect look I am after.
The points to get the armor isn't hard at all, pretty much run through all the campaigns and you're good I think. 30/50 is not worth it though. I'd only recommend doing it if you have nothing better to do with your time. (But my 28/50 Golem minipet is awesome as fuck, and Icebreaker is about the best hammer skin.) I think it took me about 10 FULL days for me to get everything. Edit: I just looked at my HoM, the armor sets are six points. That isn't hard at all. When you buy the game, you get three points by default. You could make a Ranger/Cross class into Ranger. Get to Lions arch, and then start on EoTN, and start getting your tabards for HoM. By that time, your pet should be level 20 and that's another point you can use. And save up your money and see if you can buy a rare mini from someone, which will give you the mini statue, and rare mini statue, which is another two points. Then you'll have the armor sets and a title.
Spare a through for my poor engineer. Last dungeon Run He did the only Item he got that was Actually usable for his class was the leather hat you get for completing it... If you ever need staves, chainmail, hammers, greatswords, Apprentice cowls and bows that are about 15 levels lower than his current level then he's your man! "But Guyon!" says GW2's RNG "What about all those green engineer weapons I gave you!" The game did give me three greens with good stats that were of my level. All three were spearguns that had runes of Ogre slaying on them. Three No less than three... I also recently killed a champion who gave me an Apprentice wand of ogre slaying...

That will take a long long time, and you'll have to complete it by yourself. [editline]4th March 2013[/editline]
Spare a through for my poor engineer. I still haven't beaten the prophecies campaign :v:
I could help if you like, on either my 20 Ranger/War/Mes, I have a monk but I don't like playing healer.
