Saw this coming from a mile away. The funniest thing is that he didn't benefit from any of this - which gives me a small reason to believe him. Unless you count about 250 email addresses.
There should be a rule at the start of every single one of these contests saying "By entering this contest you agree to have your name posted in the event that you are a winner" or something to that effect.

What the hell does it matter? If we find out he faked it, he gets banned. If he didn't fake it, then stop giving this thread so much activity and let it slide off the front page, thus increasing the odds that the winner won't claim their prize, and giving you all a second chance to get randomly chosen! Either way, there's no point in asking for a name yet, since the person who won hasn't even claimed it yet. If he says someone claimed their prize but refuses to give proof, that is the time to get suspicious. Otherwise, be patient.
