The PS3 port of The Orange Box by far. I'm a PS3 gamer and was practically offended by the shitty-ness of the game. Granted, the port is actually a good game when it stands alone, but when compared to it's counterparts on the 360 and PC, it looks horrible.

It's similar to the way Valve made CS:S but different, too. [i]Portal[/i] is a spiritual successor to a game by the name of [i]Narbacular Drop[/i], which was made by the same people who later did [i]Portal[/i] after being hired by Valve. CS:S may be copying, pasting, and selling, but I view Portal as more of a game of it's own, heavily inspired by a previous one, but with a unique identity regardless.

L4D was fun as hell and one of their best, in my opinion. Left 4 Dead 2, although an improvement in gameplay, lost the zombie apocalypse feel that L4D managed to get across. Left 4 Dead makes you feel like one of the last of human kind. Left 4 Dead 2 makes you feel like four guys running through a zombie-infested mall. Big whoop.
That's not to say L4D2 was bad, just a bit disappointing. Although I confess being a Magnum addict. I tried playing L4D after playing all the way through L4D2 and found myself constantly looking for a Magnum in a game that didn't have it.

But both CS:S and DOD:S were both developed entirely by Valve. They did buy CS and DOD but simply used the copyright and the ideas.
To me CS:S and DOD:S are Valve games but CS and DOD are not
Team Fortress 3 sucks, I mean they didn't even do the Engie update for TF2! And the new art style seems somewhat boring... It just looks like TF1 with rounder characters.
Both Left4Dead2 and Left4Dead. They were okay for about 20 seconds then you realized it was a boring [I]other-game-delaying[/I] cooperative zombie getup.

It was too much of a push toward console gaming IMO.
For me the worse game is DoD:S i barely can kill some1 I enjoyed Ricochet more for some reason.
I've never played Ricochet, but based on playing Half Life 1 DM, I'll have to say Half Life Deathmatch: Source. even though I've never played it either. If that doesn't count then I don't really know. I can't compare L4d or L4D2 because I've only played them on Xbox, and even then, I haven't played them in a long while.
