I don't know if I have missed it but have people used the username and password as backup and backup? it says in the picture "GLaDOS login: backup, password: backup" at the top of the 5th picture on the extended BBS Edit

Try triangulating the scatratoa sound into one small segment, then rotate the polarity by ninety degrees, and square the sum of the new frequencies and then listen.

That looks fake to me, there are no letters in the ASCII art and there's almost no punctuation in the text. Adding it to the O.P. "unconfirmed list". "Our investors don't get in touch with Black Mesa" would confirm my theory of the Gman being related to Aperture, though :smug:

I tried speeding the scatratoa sound up, and I can't hear anything. I'll try raising the frequency.

It sounds like Cave Johnson died, but digitally backed himself and made himself to a kind of Glados and lived inside Aperture Science's computers and network. Since he was the CEO I guess it hit the company kinda hard and whoever was second-in-command was unaware of Johnson still being alive (At least in some sense) and the company basically deteriorated without its CEO.

Black Mesa and Aperture where both fight for government funding and someone that funds you with money is an investor...

"I just hope our investors don't get in touch with our friends in Black Mesa or Gman will be pissed" and possibly "again" at the end.
