That fan art is cool and all, but it's a totally speculated character based solely off of ASCII art. Using the "ZZTT" as a reference point for the teeth, you can see the head with the two ear things. It has the wide shoulders and reverse-bending knees, the large feet, and even the scrawny stomach arm thing. The only problem is that he's maybe a little too wide, but it's [B]ASCII ART[/B], this is hardly an exact in-game representation.

If so, it would be 4,781,000 years ago. The Big Bang would be somewhere in the neighborhood of like ~13.5 billion years ago. Earth was formed approximately 4.5 billion years ago. Dinosaurs died out around... 60 million years ago. The closest thing, is that mammoths appear in the fossil record (according to wikipedia) around 4.8 million years ago...
