You can get the shareware version off the internet, as for the full games CAB or WAD or whatever the hell it uses, I'm not sure what the legal side of obtaining that is, seeming as 3D realms is dead it might be legal to just get it free somehow, I'm not sure though.

I played through the game when I was 7, I was either an exceptional kid or you just simply ain't the sharpest tool in the shed.
I remember playing this on a friends Atari ST many moons ago. I remember it being fun and pretty straightforward.
