How is the balancing in TTW? Isn't the level balancing a little different between the two games, so that enemies have different health and so on?

Well seeing as you haven't started it yet, i just need to know how the balancing and running it on Win8 is before i decide to get F3 for the PC, which I have yet to do. If I do rebuy it just to run with TTW, I need to know if it works on Win8 and if there are balance issues.
Are there any good forums i can go on to get help with the geck?
Will do, I do have Windows 8, I tell you how it runs after a 30 minute game.

Documentation is scarce and outdated, I hardly see any. I have yet to come up with any good geck sites.

Who the fuck thought that giving Elijah magic spidey senses was a good idea ? I have 100 sneak, read a magazine and Elijah magically detects me through a metal wall, through a generator, beneath the fucking floor.
He's not even looking at me, he's like 5 meters away, what the fuck is this.

When I got on the train from DC to New Vegas it came up with the 'Two Weeks Later' thing

Pip-Boy 2500 (if you don't like the default pip-boy), CASM, New Vegas Bounties I, II after you're done with the first, Mojave Music Radio Extended (a pretty simple but good radio extension).
