OWB and LR are both fantastic and well worth it, OWB being my favorite of those two, its humor and area were great. DM is not bad, but what kills it for me in that dlc is the running back and forth companion part before it actually gets good. It does provide an eerie atmosphere though.
Been using the jsawyer.esp for about 12 levels and i have to say its pretty good, but i think the ranger battle armor is still bugged

Not exactly. A team member of TA was making an armor equivalent of TA but gave up early on because of how inept armor porters/converters are in the community, including guys who are widely popular and considered 'good' at it (like dragbody). Massively shit weight mapping, fucked up models, poorly converted textures, etc, etc, etc. He did release what he finished though.
Did obsidian even think about about the decision of letting Benny go with a stealth boy? i do that and the first thing he does is gets is attack Caesar's guards :v:
i'm working on a mod for fallout 3 at the moment, and could use some people to help testing. this is the first mod i'm planning on releasing, so it would be ideal to get testers that have had some experience with GECK to help point out mistakes and such, but it's not necessary. it's a story/adventure mod, by the way. just pm me or something if you're interested.
ttw crashes every other playthrough for me, even vanilla. no idea why it does that when it seems to run so well for everyone else.
my original vegas playthrough never did this

You actually tried to let him go?
I shot him twice in the head with That Gun, point blank with no VATS. So worth getting chased out my Caesar.
I found out my brother had Fallout 1 that he bought a while ago from some store, any tips before i play?
the new caliberx update is making me crash on startup and i haven't the foggiest why
all i want is to unbreak my .45 auto pistol :c

Must be a load order problem
Can anyone help me? On a fresh install of New Vegas, using FOMM to activate The Armory, Project Nevada, and Roleplayer's Alternative Start, then launching the game crashes it without even getting to the main menu. I have no idea what's causing this.
That usually means it's missing a master. Pastebin your load order or use FNVEdit to discover what you're missing.

Energy weapons are your best friend late game.
Also, if anyone is described with more detail than usual, you should try to talk/barter with them.
I'm playing Fallout 2 right now. Went to Modoc and I scrounge together enough to buy dynamite from Jo. I find I have an extra and decide to use it on Rose's chicken. I misremembered a little and thought it was just a giant chicken. I have AG 10 so I wait six turns before I can get a shot off. Meanwhile, I'm poisoned from the brahmin fries and my chance of hitting the eyes is like 42. I go for it anyway, fucking critical and now she's just walking around town and no one's batting an eyelash.

I birgirpall'd Caeser and the praetorian guard, then let Benny go. Fast forward three days and I'm trying to do some tricky parallel parking in Camp Forlorn Hope when the moron walks up with my back bumper balanced neatly on his head.
He got wasted, of course. I had stolen his gun before I let him go so he tried to punch me while wearing my car as a hat :v:

I'd recommend mine but it might be too vibrant for your tastes. There aren't too many for NV; I'd just trawl through all the released ENBs for NV and see which one you personally like the most.

It happened again today.
I started up fallout new vegas, walked about 3 steps, fired a few shots with my service rifle, remembered that the combat sucks and that I'd completed everything and am super OP, then quit.
It's a never ending cycle.
It kinda sucks how ENBs don't work with the 4GB Enabler and the Fake Fullscreen

The Niner companion is so fucking perfect. He's hilarious and chatty in a good way.

I just made a video for another huge explosion. And sorry Ermac but I haven't gotten the invite to the fort yet, I did however make a short video for Hoover Dam, I'm uploading it to youtube then i'll post it,and i'll upload another with even more explosives later.
