Wow I just played the Pitt and its awful, had an ok plot but was like an hour long What DLC should I play next?
i really liked the pitt it's a lot longer if you spend more time scrambling around looking for ingots [editline]13th March 2013[/editline] also, play zeta and then use the alien weapons on backwards hicks at point lookout

the shittiest dlc but the weapons are worth it
So I was exploring the Minefield houses and found this on the kitchen table: I didn't move that ragdoll AT ALL. I found it in that exact position. The chair is a nice touch.
They should add some water enemies, maybe mutated fish or something kinda like ichtiosaurs from hl1
They should add some water enemies, maybe mutated fish or something kinda like ichtiosaurs from hl1
Not unless we get some form of fighting them in their own element, considering all weapons are holstered as soon as you enter swimming position. If the enemies are in deep water and far out, we can't even take potshots at them, so that leaves us with trying to lure it to shallower waters or swimming like a madman.
They should add some water enemies, maybe mutated fish or something kinda like ichtiosaurs from hl1
There are lakelurks and shit but they aren't very threatening I was swimming in a big body of water and I just knew one of the king bastards would be on my ass pretty quick to I tried to rush across but it was oh so late because I saw him swimming towards me at sanic speed, pretty scary Got closer Approached me very quickly Got right at me Motherfucker can't do a single thing so we were just awkwardly keeping afloat in water next to each other, just staring I used to be worried about going in the water but apparently its the safest place

yeah but you can't even punch shit down there either, or use melee weapons Obviously their effectiveness would be reduced but they'd still be better than nothing Having weapons out could slow swimming down a ton since you wouldn't be able to move your arms well but you should still be able to use some weapons.

I just shoot at them with a combat shotgun until it dies.

Can somebody help me? Honest Hearts, Old World Blues and Lonesome Road won't load for me. At all. The game doesn't show them in "Available DLC", and their quests, radio signals and map markers are gone.
Er, PC or console?
I'm running on PC.

Lakelurks always cripple my brains with magic sonar beams from half a mile away

The chair is a nice touch.
I saw that in FOOK settings and was a little worried about it. Soon as I learned it was just random dead bodies lying around I was like "oh that's not so bad"
I'm running on PC.
Install FOMM and activate them through that. Load order should be: FNV.esm Dead Money.esm Honest Hearts.esm Old World Blues.esm Lonesome Road.esm If that doesn't get them working redownload them as they got corrupted on the way in.
Hey, is it normal for Fallout: New Vegas to crash every 3 hours?
Hey, is it normal for Fallout: New Vegas to crash every 3 hours?
Yes. Welcome to the Bethbryo experience.
Hey, is it normal for Fallout: New Vegas to crash every 3 hours?
Yeah.
Gonna be the odd duck out and say no. A properly modded game managed with FNVEdit has lead me to a more or less crash free game. Then again, I avoid shit mods.
Is it odd that I play my game almost unmodded? All I have for mods is EVE, ENB, and NMCs texture pack. Unless there's a mod that adds more things to fight instead of leaving most of the wasteland empty, then I'm perfectly fine with the way New Vegas plays.
I'm playing F3 for the first time and wow this game likes to hand you stuff on a silver platter sometimes 5 mins. in and I have 14 stimpacks, 450 caps, 150 rounds of 10mm, two different armors with 10dr, jet, buffout, and 5 psychos.
Gonna be the odd duck out and say no. A properly modded game managed with FNVEdit has lead me to a more or less crash free game. Then again, I avoid shit mods.
How can I become one with FNVEdit?

Or I just had a terrible habit of using everything within the first 4 seconds in FO3 :v:
God no. The Gamebryo engine is a thousand times easier to work with than the Xray engine.
because it's a peice of shit. the reason gamebryo works so easy is because it was designed to be a wide-base engine. xray was designed for one specific purpose.
Is it odd that I play my game almost unmodded?
Unless there's a mod that adds more things to fight instead of leaving most of the wasteland empty, then I'm perfectly fine with the way New Vegas plays.
There are but they're terrible. I was an avid user of MMM in Fallout 3, but the monster mods for New Vegas are just batshit bonkers. They spawn some of the strangest things that look so out of place that I couldn't even begin to fathom the logic behind those creatures existing in the Fallout universe.
Gonna be the odd duck out and say no. A properly modded game managed with FNVEdit has lead me to a more or less crash free game. Load order doesn't change. It's mind boggling to say the least.
so when am i gonna see a zombie apocalypse mod that just floods the map with like a thousand feral ghouls?
