That's all I need, thanks. Wasn't necessarily looking for new stuff. Just more stuff.
What I'd like to see in the next game, is more stealth elements, and more non-lethal weapons. There are only like 5 of them in New Vegas.

yes, more ways to settle things, and non-lethal guns like a L.A.Z.E.R., Light amplification of zapping everyone retarded, basiclly shoots a bolt of lightning that stuns people, and effectivly restarts dialog with them (wouldnt work with big bosses of course)
also working stealthsuits, the chineese stealthsuit looks dumb on its own

after seeing the trauma harnesses in old world blues I got to thinking,
how hard would it be to make an army of darkness like area?
it would totally fit with fallout too, a keep full of uneducated primitive savages living in the keep and you show up only to face down this massive army of skeletons with your superior firepower,
before the battle however, skill checks would let you improve your defences and arm the primitives, as well as lay traps...
maybe this should be what I waste my weekend on....

So if i got 20 sneak and i use modav 100 I will have 120 sneak or 100 its the max?
So if you set it to 200 it would actually act as if you had 200 or would it stop getting better after 100

100 is the max for skills, at least in 3 and NV.

player.forceav also breaks ever changing it through normal means again. Use it only if you never want to change that skill without the console again. player.modav does not do this, since it merely adds to what's already there. You can modav yourself another 5 points, then use a skill magazine and get the proper boost. Even modav it back down again if you want.
Never use forceav. modav is better.

You cant FORCE it. It has to be consentual. Otherwise you can get arrested.

Restarting doesn't work, so I contacted steam support and now waiting for their response

I'm thinking of making a dude who specializes entirely in unarmed combat, and go through the entire world punching everyone to death.
