Hello my fellow Fallout lovers. I was wondering if anyone knew of any awesome live action fallout movies or web-series around. I have seen the Fallout: Lanius stuff (big fan), i have also seen all of the Nuka Break shtuff (also big fan) as well. any suggestions?

I said I would retexture the Suave Gambler's Hat when I got around to it, and I did.

I opened up the diffuse file and found out it was basically a stock texture with some dodge and burn, without even bothering to hide the seams.
In a fit of buttmad, I increased the resolution, cleaned it a little while still leaving it grimy, added another texture on top of it, and hid the seams. I'm pretty happy with how it looks.
I'll get the pillbox looking less like a boiled turd tomorrow, probably.

Damn, thats a good leather texture. You should make it look more like Indiana Jones' hat, though. Im pretty sure the whole skeleton in a fridge thing was a reference to an Indiana Jones movie, albeit the worst one.

lanius and nuka break are the only two i know of

also make it so it's not sitting on the very top of the head, it should be either lower or smaller.

I use that one, it works great. bit of clipping if your character has big eyebrows.

So I fixed my lag troubles by disabling a crossbow mod, and then decided that it would be a good idea to sneak into Quarry Junction while at level 3.

After getting a deathclaw stuck on a table inside one of the buildings (Then beating him to death with a pipe) and getting my hands on a box full of grenades, I was able to abuse the shit out of jumping and all the rocks nearby and kill the Alpha and Mother deathclaws, in addition to a bunch of other random ones.

It took a billion quickloads, but holy hot damn, I can now die saying that I cleared out Quarry Junction at level 3. I also now have a Fatman and 2 nukes for it to use whenever I see fit, so that's nice. I sold everything else though, I didn't want to break the balance of the game.

It probably looks a bit nicer in the gif, both because I had taken Turbo and because I was using the "More Gore" .esp that comes with [url=http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/34917]Enhanced Blood Textures[/url]. Bloody Mess still does some weird stuff with limbs just kind of popping off at times, but I think it has improved since Fallout 3. It's best used with heavy melee weapons like the rebar club, but it's especially good with the really high-powered guns, like shotguns and rifles (Anti-materiel rifle, especially), makes most NPCs pop like big blood balloons.

I find that if you ever engage in melee combat with deathclaws, your only way to win is to charge them and run around them in circles, you can run faster than they can turn to hit you.
