I havent even seen half the other thread its moving so fast. There's been an influxe of posts. Also someone give me a link to a factional wars MOD for SHOC cause I'm too lazy to do so.

Would playing "call of pripyat" before both of the others ruin a lot for me? Sorry, repeat question from the other thread, it just died. For some reason alien to me, I can play call of pripyat on maximum settings including Dx10 Advanced lighting without lag, but playing Shadow of chernobyl with Stalker complete gives me a tad over 5 fps.

SoC is a tad unoptimised but yes, SoC would be recommended as the one to buy first for story, gameplay wise and over all polish goes to CoP though.

SRP is vanilla Clear Sky, it's just got less bugs and isn't apt to crashing constantly.

Why do people have problems with the gas canister mission in CoP anyway? It's like the first vehicle you find should have a document about who gets a key, who sits in which vehicle and the order of vehicles in the convoy.

Havent had very goo dluck with MODS, so I have got this from different sources. I place the game data folder of the mod in the stalker forlder ( what folder? theres more than 1). then change the fsx.whatever file do it says TRUE not False. is that all? and help with the bity in brackets

create gamedata folder in main directory, copy all mod in there, or if it's already in gamedata just copy whole directory, open fsx. file with notepad, fix this line where it tells you to change it to true, save, play the game.
