Is anyone else not getting sun rays in their Call of Pripyat? I've got all my settings on max and my sun rays still don't show up.

It wasn't terrible, it was just different.

I really liked CS, it was better than SoC vanilla (for me). I didn't really like SoC modded either (both OL and LURK). But who knows, I might give LURK another chance when the next version comes out. [sp]chainmail gloves[/sp]

SoC lagged quite a bit for me on higher settings, but CoP doesn't.

As it currently stands in Clear Sky, I run around in garbage, picking up things like rifles and such, then I head back to the freedom base and sell them off, only to do the same thing over and over again. I believe I have exhausted all artifact spawns in the garbage, cordon and dark valley area, but is there any faster way to make cash? As far as I can tell, I have no quests left to do but to capture the duty base, which I am trying to get enough cash for so I can upgrade my suit and weapons. :sax:

To be honest, you don't need the knowledge of any Stalker(storywise) to understand the game. Beside of [sp]Strelok and maybe the monolith, although there isn't much talking about the center of the Zone and CConcious.[/sp].

Oh an i've had some guns lying near Ashot for a day or two and they're still there. I guess it's ok to leave stuff on the floor then.

I remember back in SoC that I saw a Freedomer getting blown up at their barrier and he had a GP37. However I did not pay attention to that. After a while I came back to get that GP37, only to realise his quality bar was at 25%. Same applies to CoP and CS.

I was wondering in my mind if the thread should be called "No Vaginas in the Zone", since there are no woman in the Stalker, or even mutants that are female.

The stashes spawn stuff, and I think that's when they empty the existing content. There's a couple safe ones, I think the Freedom base on is safe.
