:flashfap: then :gizz: Does anyone know any nice methods of making money, besides Artifact finding?
Scavenging lots of ammo. Rockets sell for a good thousand or so each.
You know there's a free merc suit in the rookie camp right? on the roof of the front left house when looking at the road.
It gets replaced by a leather jacket in LURK.
Right now, I'm getting raped everywhich way on the mission where you need to get information from the Mercenary camp. I've already done the raid (with the exoskeleton guy), and something else I forgot.
yeah do that mission later it's a bitch.
Scavenging lots of ammo. Rockets sell for a good thousand or so each.
Speaking of ammo, listen to this: I Was searching for these military documents at some anomaly and theres this "Cage" sort of thing in a building guarded by two zombies. behind it a RPG-7 and a crap load of other stuff. I Look around and try to get in to no avail, so i snatch the documents and get a cut scene. I Went back and attempted to open it again to no avail and started spamming grenades trying to get the stuff to fly towards me. Little did i know that there was a psuedogiant outside. I didn't hear its footsteps. So i decide to leave just as it reaches me and im like :aaaaa: because its right there in-front of me, so meanwhile while im yelling "FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK" it smacks me around as i try to open my inventory and take out my eliminator. In the end, the zone has claimed another live. :saddowns: EDIT: Rate me the smileys :haw:

I'd also suggest going in at night with a long range weapon and creating a distraction opposite where you want to go in. If it's silenced you can kill a few people from a distance and wipe them out as they come to investigate the bodies. At that point you can either knock all/most of them out and clean up, or use that distraction to sneak in and grab the objective to save ammo. Really if you don't have some type of sniper rifle, or at least a scoped and silenced NATO rifle in mint condition, it might be better to come back later. This unlocks the tunnels below it, accessible by the garage nearby. You can get into that armory through those tunnels.[/sp]
Trying to install a mod - For some reason I can't save the LTX correctly. It won't allow it. "Make sure that the path and file name are correct". Same for Notepad++. I'd appreciate if someone could send me theirs, or something like that.
IS CoP smaller than the other stalker games!?
Not sure.
IS CoP smaller than the other stalker games!?
I think not, and why the hell do you need info like that?

CoP is fucking tiny compared to the other games imo. only 3 areas, whats up with that?
CoP is fucking tiny compared to the other games imo. only 3 areas, whats up with that?
3 Very large area's yes.
CoP is fucking tiny compared to the other games imo. only 3 areas, whats up with that?
have you even played cop the areas are huge
have you even played cop the areas are huge
Maybe even too huge, I get bored when I start thinking about walking to there... And then walking there from that place etc..
CoP is fucking tiny compared to the other games imo. only 3 areas, whats up with that?
Thats what i thought, until i actually PLAYED the game and noticed "holy shit, theres alot of places to go and see" and that since you can go in the majority of buildings and underground, it adds up.
CoP is fucking tiny compared to the other games imo. only 3 areas, whats up with that?
3 areas that are each larger than 4 of the areas of the previous games combined. YES DEY R TINY :downs:
i wish there were more cities/ though..and pripyat is empty as hell..nothing goes on there except the millitary and monolith
Yeah I was a wee bit dissappointed with Pripyat.
For fucks sake. Finally got SMRTER on. Now it fucking freezes when selecting a difficulty.
Yeah I was a wee bit dissappointed with Pripyat.
I was so disappointed with pripyat...Zaton has more interseting stuff than pripyat
CoP's last mission was so disappointingly boring and anti-climatic
CoP's last mission was so disappointingly boring and anti-climatic
At least it's better then you VS thousand of enemy's with little time to supply. For about a in-game day.
So CoP just finished from steam, But when I try to run it I get this
xrEngine.exe caused BREAKPOINT in module "f:\program files\steam\steamapps\common\stalker call of pripyat\bin\xrCore.dll" at 001B:0018E12E, xrDebug::backend()+174 byte(s)
Help
I can never get the steam overlay to work with CoP, is this normal?
All STALKER games are broken on steam. No overlays, etc. on another note, spartan 11:11 is fucking fun i got to the cordon. oh man dees guns I already have a G36K, AN94, a special VSS that fires 7.62x54mm, a M1911, and the clear sky combat suit thing. ~allahu ackbar~ ammo cost alot though [editline]02:48AM[/editline] well off to kill some banmilmercrenemonodick
:'[ I guess it's another case of the journey over the destination.
I can never get the steam overlay to work with CoP, is this normal?
Yep. I've heard that it works with the beta steam UI thing though.
i'm on the beta steam ui, clear sky, doesn't work. probably wont on cop either.
I couldn't bring myself to stay away from S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Worse than heroin I tell you. Listening to the SHoC soundtrack now. [editline]09:23PM[/editline] Is there anyway to modify Duty's disposition in Shadow of Chernobyl? I tend to favor Freedom and guess I killed one too many duty members, now I don't want to try to go to bar.
Can someone please tell me how to get calibration tools for the level 3 upgrades in CoP?
