PvP'd in the forest on my SL100 to get some practice in before the big event. The usual dark magic and such but then I got some tool with a dragon body and a Sunlight Blade-buffed Washing Pole. Boy that sure was terrible

So i started on my own SL1 play through since I've never done it yet. Nearly at the Gaping Dragon and so far it's gone swimmingly.

Also, I will never take off the sack.

Jesus, another hacker? Seriously? Just met 3 different hackers with unlimited health and curse weapons. The forest is completely infested with them right now. [editline]15th March 2013[/editline] This dragon build is doing pretty well so far. Won 5 consecutive duels and only lost once so far. Not bad.

I love Avelyn to death, especially at +15, but holy hell is it a bitch to retrieve. First time I try to get it, I go naked, land on the bookshelf, and as I am open the chest, and I am about to grab it, I am shot to death by those monkey fuck crystals below. After other annoying attempts and deaths, I eventually land the fall, and as your guy does the animation of recuperating after a fall, he slips off to the ground below, missing my chance once more. I hate the dukes archives. holy fuck.

duke's archives are a pain in the ass to navigate even after you've figured out how to power through it which makes me wish i knew how to pull off the shortcut without killing myself [editline]16th March 2013[/editline] killing myself both in the game and in real life

Some people think Blighttown or Tomb of the Giants are the worst, but those are nothing compared to Duke's. Enemies that do a shit load of damage and you always get arrow'd at any corner, not to mention the damn channelers. And if you're a human and you get invaded while the nearby enemies are still alive? Man, fuck Sen's Fortress. I managed to find out how to power my way through, backstabbing is my best bet so far. I've died and retried enough that I've memorized the entire layout. Hell, I even killed the fuck out of that bomb throwing guy at the top. But what happens next? I get hit off the edge by the Iron Giant. It hits me, and I have enough life left to get up and take another hit, but is that enough? [B]FUCK NO.[/B] I slide the fuck off the edge of the tower and die. No. It's okay. Friction totally works like that when I'm weighed down by the Black Knight's Sword and a shield. [sp]FUCK YOU GAME PHYSICS[/sp] [/rage induced rant] Now I'm going to bed and not play this game for a while. Good night :v:
