no i'm sure 24/40/40 is nice but use a weapon that scales with dex better (washing pole) and then use a buff (sunlight blade) which will do WAY more damage than the spear, plus cause bleed. And it'll give you a wider range of attack, a better moveset in general, and you look baller.

Maybe in the future I'll copy my save file and tinker with the stats on the duplicate and see how well the washing pole + darkmoon blade works for me.

I'm thinking about switching back to the PS3 version... I can't handle these connectivity issues. I hardly ever get invaded by anyone (even in the forest or Oolacile township). Fog gates will go up constantly but nothing ever happens. And when I DO get invaded, or I invade someone, it's always the same person over and over again. I hardly ever see summons signs for places like Anor Londo or The Duke's Archive. It's bugging me to death that I hardly ever get to play with someone.

So is Mask of the Father and Giant's set still viable? A friend of mine said it wouldn't be because the mask only provides 5% instead of 15% like it did before. Just curious. I also want to have a beard because it's hella tight.

i have no problems with summoning and invading in the ps3 version, like 98% of them succeed i think it has the best connectivity out of the 3 platforms maybe

Is there a way to give myself 99 souvenirs of reprisal through CE or something? I only have 1 at the moment.

The only things I've ever done in CE was just changing stats or giving myself items.[/QUOTE] well it's a time-consuming and simple process, pretty much bruteforcing it use CE to link to the DATA.exe process do a new scan, scan for the number 1 drop the item scan for decreased value by 1 pick it up scan for increased value by 1 drop scan for decreased value by 1 pick it up keep doing it until you have only like 5-3 addresses left, then select them all, right click and change their value to 99 this is the hardest to do with only one of an item, having two or three makes it infinitely easier and faster there might be a better method but this is what I've used

You can give yourself rank with the the /dsg/ custom table. Well, I don't know if it works but I see the option there.

Am I supposed to load my game when I start the CE table? Because it keeps crashing.

Start CE, load table, start game, attach to .exe

Thanks, that worked, changed my +2 lifehunt scythe to a +5 but then I tried to change my bloodshield in the hope of making it +15 and it crashed.

Myeah, the CE table keeps making me crash, got to give myself Avelyn and change my lifehunt scythe to +5 but after that, if I try to use the bonfire or something in the hope of saving, I just crash.

Pike dash is probably the greatest move in any set.

is pike better than SKS? I've been using the SKS on the build my friend left for me the other day when he stopped playing my game and bought his own

Is there a way to remove the glow emanating from your character? It's helpful in dark areas, but where's the fun in that?
