I have one game from the Sack and got a potato from joining the group. So yeah I think you need one sack game or have atleast one potato already.

None of the killing floor potatoes work for me. I host a listen server by myself and I go to the manolantern as well as the computer and nothing happens. Also the perk level won't let me buy the potato gun. Any suggestions?

1: Since Portal 2 isn't out and GLaDos is dead in the begining, I bet it's GLaDos' backed up AI that's messing with us.
And we're going to reboot her.
2: Dinosaur's only game on his wishlist is Portal 2. Coincidence? Of course it is. Nothing is related.

They may have patched over the perk level, like they did for the cheater way to make Amnesia easier. Try renaming it as one of the official levels to replace it, maybe?
