I played dinosaur26 into a SSTV program
and got that

And the "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog" is something from Window Office, I remenber that if you type a certain code ( something like the same codes we're getting from the trasmissions or not i cant remenbere the code.) that same phrase will be spammed over and over again.
PS: google ofr Microsoft Office Mysteries or something like that.

Has anyone tried to put all the files together? I have no idea what SSTV is but it'd make sense if you combined them I guess.

There's a number there. I can just barely see it though.
ALso dinosaur 7 doesn't have the aperture science logo above it, meaning SSTV isn't the way of decoding it

It's scratched out.
It's probably supposed to be made from the random numbers on the other images.
I bet these are from the people that hid from GLaDOS.
They rigged the radios, computers, and security cameras to constantly send out distress signals.
