This is awesome. I can't wait for the secret to be revealed.
SSTV Sound files deciphered, I took the one SSTV pictures with the numbers below them and put them in order. Here's the results:
01/32 - (no clue. H maybe?)
02/32 - pieR4, 4 circled
03/32 - (no clue, maybe 5)
04/32 - number 9
05/32 = x, p, c) y
06/32 = 6 RIGHT
07/32 = C
08/32 = (p - qA)
09/32 = C
10/32 = 8
11/32 = C
12/32 = 2
13/32 = O or Q
14/32 = 3
15/32 = B
16/32 = 8
17/32 = 1
18/32 = 2
19/32 = 8
20/32 = B =
21/32 = 7
22/32 = C
23/32 = C
24/32 = 6
25/32 = B * d A : 3
26/32 = O INS
27/32 = 6 RIGHT
28/32 = 8 UP
29/32 = d (alpha sign?)
30/32 = 4
31/32 = F
32/32 = dV / db
Facepunch got it first?

Agreed. This is why I love valve.
Dinosaur signal could have to do with Borealis since it's trapped in or on a glacier?
Man what the hell.
Without having to read through thirteen pages here or twelve pages on the Steam forums, can someone roughly sum up what the hell is going on in a post? Please?

Or RX-SSTV. I've gotten some nice quality pictures from it.
IDST, (ÁÐPextras/info_speech.mdl 'IT's afile sound afa no dtqata:cop:Too bad Facepunch
I'm kidding, anyway is their any way a program can separate sounds, if we would listen to them separately it would be easier?
Has someone decompiled the maps yet? There must be entities to make those radios work you'd think, find out what's set on them maybe?
I did 2 then I got bored
The second one sounds like someone whispering
I still think it sounds like "Eli Vance is alive" when it's slowed down.
As anyone tried reversing the sounds then making them images?
2/32, pier 4, aperture science docking for borealis?
As part of a required test protocal, we will no longer enhance the truth.

:monocle:
The fizzle sound is when you put the radio in the disintegrator that closes portals.
As anyone tried reversing the sounds then making them images?
Surely that would make a mirrored image?
The fizzle sound is when you put the radio in the disintegrator that closes portals.
Hello welcome to page 1, may I take your coat?
Who had the idea to visualize sounds in the first place?
I read the update and literally screamed out loud
"VVVVVVVAAAAALLLLLLLVVVEEEEEE!!!"
so where are these "dinosaur" things anyway? GCFscraped and can't seem to find them
Surely that would make a mirrored image?
Sure maybe in a code, sound doesn't work that way.
Or at least i would believe?

Some heavy shit, man.
Heavy shit.
The fizzle sound is when you put the radio in the disintegrator that closes portals.
No shit.
Who had the idea to visualize sounds in the first place?
Someone on the STeam forums; probably a ham radio operator.
dinosaurs 1, 5, 12, and 17 are morse code, not images.
I'm having a cybergasm...this is fucking awesome
Who had the idea to visualize sounds in the first place?
that guy who had a heart attack and pleaded to put his name as founder of it, I forget though?
2/32, pier 4, aperture science docking for borealis?
On dinosaur 2's image, B + A = 3?
Bore + Alis = 3
[editline]01:01AM[/editline]
I may be overspeculating though
Sure maybe in a code, sound doesn't work that way.
Or at least i would believe?
SSTV works the exact same way as a fax machine. If you reverse the transmission, I don't think anything spectacular will happen.

There is a radio in ever map that plays a message when you take it to a certain area in the map. Some of the sounds are Morse code the rest are images in sound form.
