There's one IN the fire? I didn't get that one. You missed one in 15. There's two there. One in the energy ball grabber thing near the end, and one above the pipe on the platform sticking out above the entrance.

I just beat it but only have 23. 24, now that I know there's one in the fire.

There are two radios in 15, and three in 18. There is also one for every behind the scenes map after chamber 19.
